Why is it bad? I don't get it. For a restaurant like this to honestly exist shouldn't it be "good" at least?I hardly review, and I almost never leave a bad one. This place, unfortunately, needs to sell their lot to Quiznos.
First food is very subjective and what makes it perfect for one, is disgusting to someone else..We ordered 2 turkey sandwiches, and both of us wanted pickles, and one wanted sprouts. We paid $26.00 with the delivery fee, and $23.00 for the sandwiches alone. If you cannot accommodate simple food requests, then you shouldn't be in the food business.When people pay more they expect more....this isn't my first order with Riley, but it's my last. I gave you a second chance. Fail.
i genuinely wish no stars was an option. i waited 20 minutes in line and then another 35 minutes at the window AFTER i paid while the staff ate and messed around in the back, keep in mind, i could see from the drive up window. after 20 minutes of waiting at the window, i was asked what my order was. they hadn’t even been working on it. then when i asked what they had been doing, three employees berated me for being “difficult”. never had an experience like this here and it’s a shame that one like this had to happen because i won’t be returning. save your money on this overpriced, soggy excuse of a sandwich shop and go somewhere like village baker where they’ll happily serve you with speed and efficiency and friendliness.

The shakes are overly flavored and the root beer was the only decent item we received. If we could have gotten a refund I would have . Hoping to save others from this food establishment .
Love this place the sandwiches are so good! I do enjoy the fries also but the soup is always so good! Totally recommend to anyone

Best shakes around! Slightly pricey, only slightly. Staff is always so friendly!
The food has been good everytime I've gone there. Sometimes the service can be excruciatingly slow, but not always. The prices are high, but not so you feel like you're being ripped off. My only real gripe and the reason I give four stars instead of five is that they charge you for their fry sauce.
Extremely overpriced for a sandwich you can make at home. Their shakes taste like sweet milk, and nothing more.
Wow great sandwiches and shakes! The service is always friendly. My favorite shake is the peanut butter and Oreo. You guys never let me down. Thanks!
