This location is moves faster than the other one up the street but the food isn’t the best. I’ve had countless time that I’ve ordered egg based breakfast burritos and you can taste the left over char from the grill on the eggs or something was burnt inside your food.They have messed up my orders from time to time so I do recommend checking the food completely before driving off. The chain definitely needs management more involved to produce more consistent quality food. It also always seems theirs only a couple people inside but never enough for a full staff to run these chains.If you’re looking for convenience late at night, I’d go anywhere else.
Terrible customer service there’s 3 cars total. Handed me the wrong food in the drive thru. Called to see if I could get my money back since I didn’t get the food I ordered. Told me they wouldn’t give my money but I could come back and they’d make it fresh. When I got there I got soggy food immediately once I got there and the sauce cups were broken inside. Food tasted bad since it sat for 40 minutes.
This location is one of many that is open 24/7 which is awesome when you’re hungry on late nights. Great place to go in the morning too. They’re closed for dine-in so prepare to go through the drive through instead. The customer is great and friendly. However, food prices did raise but it’s still tasty. They also label the burritos so you know which is which, so convenient. The food is great and worth the drive from Midvale where home is located. Midvale needs Rancherito’s for sure.
my order through Uber Eats was pretty basic and this Rancherito could not figure it out.not impressed.great asada nachos guys. I ordered asada fries.I see only Mexico rice beans and queso in this California burrito.good try trying to rip me off.DO NOT Uber Eats this location. they will bait and switch you.
I was undetermined about this place, because I'd try couple of Mexican restaurant so far didn't impress me with the food quality, however i was very surprised, good portion, quality taste is good by far, the hot sauce makes the food so much better, i think is was made to order and not sitting in a hot holding table.
Had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and even though they forgot my horchata this time, I more than enjoyed it. Will be coming back definitely.
I ordered 3 different meals and they all had spoiled rice in each tray. The food all had an off taste.I don't know what happend the food used to be good
This place ALWAYS gives me the runs haha but their carne asada fries are SO delicious! A great late night snack place! I haven’t had anything else but their asada fries, and one time I got a burrito, oddly enough the burrito wasn’t good to me but their breakfast burrito and fries are to die for! Very good, definitely recommend!
Food is always good but the lady in the drive thru is always unpleasant to deal with. She act as if it’s a chore to take care of orders. Definitely lacks customer service and probably won’t be back.
The food is really really good. I’d give 5 stars but the lady that took my order and messed it up, was kind of rude and didn’t apologize for messing it up. Otherwise, I love this place!
