We love Pizza Pie Cafe! Your first thought is to get the pizza, but the best thing there is the pasta bar. I particularly love the spinach fettuccine with carbonara sauce. The salad bar, while not enormous, still has what you really want to make a huge delicious salad. The dessert pizzas are also truly amazing. I could be happy eating there without even having the pizza. But it's an all you can eat pizza place, so of course you should get that too.
My family and I have been customers of the West Jordan location for a few years. Yesterday we went there and it was so disappointing. The pizza was cold. Even though it was cold, it was all gone within 5 minutes we were in there. We had to wait another 10 minutes for new pizzas to start coming out. The salad bar had barely any lettuce, and the one that was there did not look fresh. My youngest loves cheese bread. She could only have one piece, because there wasn't any more. The pasta was delicious. Honestly I left the place feeling disappointed. Not sure if I will come back.
It was fine. I enjoy the other Pizza Pie Cafe locations more. The music that was playing was so depressing, and they were pretty irritated when I asked for a combo pizza made with light cheese. (The sign said to ask for any pizza made anyway you like it.) I will say this location's salad bar was kept pristine! I watched an employee come and clean it up, anytime anything was amiss! Bonus points for sure for that!!!
My kids loved it. Adults should probably stick to the salad bar unless they enjoy copious amounts of mediocre pizza. For the price it is great for families.The sausage pasta sauce tastes like sausage gravy which was a little startling, but definitely unique.
Love, love, love their specialty pizzas!!!I've got real liver problems thanks to cancer and, trying to delay kidney failure on top of that....So I'm needing unique kinds of foods when I've got any cravings. Their veggie pizza can be edited!Anyway, they're sooooo worth the drive across the valley for a nice treat for my taste buds!
Price was responsible, salad was fresh, pizza on the other has was out for the most part. No regular pepperoni waited 30 minutes and then left. Watched the cook use his hands to move the old garlic knots and place them with the new. The older pizza was stail the wait for fresh was way to long.
Pizza Pie Cafe (PPC) offers delicious Pizza at a great price. Dinner is $8.99 for an adult, and $7.99 for lunch. It's not bad for all the pizza you get to eat. More than the quantity, it's the variety. And the fact that you can order your own custom pizza and they'll make pretty much whatever you can come up with, that's amazing. The desert pizzas are some of my favorite. Definitely check out the Oreo Pizza and the Cookie Dough Pizza. You won't regret it. They have a Pepsi Machine in the store, large salad bar, tons of pizza variety, and a bunch of different pastas too. There's a little bit for everyone here and it's all for a great price. They also have a rewards club so if you sign up, you can earn points toward free Pizza Pie Cafe! We definitely go once a month it seems like, cause it's so good!
One of the best salad and pasta bars. The pizza is good too. Depending on when you get there and how busy it is will change your dining experience. Right in the middle of slow and packed is ideal. The pizza is fresher and you don't feel like you're in the way everywhere you go.
