If I could give less stars just for their customer service I would. I ordered a pizza wings and bread stick for $65, they said it would take 30 to 45 minutes, after an hour and 10 minutes I tried calling just to get an eta, and make sure it's still coming. And after calling a total of 7 times and being hung up on someone finally answer to tell me she can't talk right now. So I quickly ask for an eta. And she says should be there in 20 minutes ? So in all, double the amount of time she stated and hour and 20 minute ago. When the driver showed up my husband signed the receipt, and did not feel the need to tip.. and the driver looked at the receipt and said "maybe I should educate you and tell you that the delivery drivers are not given the delivery fee pizza hut charges" as If he expected to receive a tip after being 45 minutes late. Super inappropriate if you ask me.. I mean you have one job, take the food to the house within the designated time given, I mean I get it 10 minutes late maybe even 30, but 45!?!? And our food was smashed and cold. Not going back to this location.

This place has got my order wrong twice and didn’t care to re make it when I called and complained but they didn’t care and today I called this place a few times while I was at work and I was having phone or connection issues and so I hung up a couple times cause I couldn’t hear anything or a response and then when I called back for the third or fourth time the lady who answered said we have caller ID and your number and can call the cops if you keep calling. I responded and said I was trying to order food and was at work but she rudely interrupted.I wouldn’t eat their and the employees over the phone are very rude and inconsiderate and I am not satisfied at all as this has been the last straw after a few bad experience

On Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 4:00 I went into Pizza Hut to order a pizza. The woman at the counter was extremely rude, acted like I was putting her out. The price of a large pizza had gone up by $5 more than what we use to pay. When we got the pizza home it was a huge disappointment......WORST pizza we've ever had...hardly any sauce...the crust was like cardboard. We will never go to Pizza Hut again....between the rudecustomer service , quality of the pizza and rising cost...no thank you!

My wife and I went there today around around 550pm. Multiple employees noticed us come in, we sat there for 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged we were even there. Then on the door they want customers to wear face masks, which is what it is. However, someone needs to tell the 2 girls with short "Green" hair that, because there masks were below their chin. Horrible customer service, dirty restaurant will not be coming back. To the shift manager working there or supervisor pull your head out.

Absolutely unacceptable my order was supposed to be ready @7:10.lady said they were boxing my pizza @7:15. then they informed me @7:25 they re made one of my pizzas. if I would’ve know that I would’ve canceled my order and got my money back as soon as they told me they had to remake it. I told her I want my money back she ignored me 7:30 came around then they’re send me out the door without a discount on a 75 dollar order please stay away from this establishment

Usually, we are quite happy with pizza hut. This time we ordered a Supreme, a personal pan, and a cheese. The cheese and personal pan were what we expected, bit the Supreme looked liked it was cooked hours before we ordered. It was cold, and tasted horrible. We spent $50 to feed a family of 6, and ended up having to make more food because one of the pizzas was inedible.

I've been to a lot of Pizza Huts across the country and this is the best one by far. Service has always been great for me and the food on point. Thanks for doing such a great job!

The pizzas were on the cold side. They also seemed very skimpy on cheese and the crust was not nearly as fresh as we usually get. The wings were good. Work on the quality and consistency of your pizzas.

I did not receive a 20 oz drink that was ordered and paid for. Also, the food quality not good. The breads I ordered were stale and none of the food was hot, only slightly warm. I paid over 50 dollars for an incorrect order and only slightly edible food.

We order our dinner from here a couple weeks ago, and to our unfortunate surprise found a chunk of cardboard or plastic stuck in the cheese. We called in to see what could be done and we were reassured that there would be a credit placed on our account and that we could call any time to get it. THIS did not happen and was not true. We called in tonight and spoke to the girl that is one of the night managers and she was rude, not warm, or willing to help us in any way at all. She basically told us that there was no credit, and that she wasn't going to even try to figure out who or how this mistake happened. What's worse, instead of being a real manager and handle the situation herself, she decided to have us call back another day to speak with her manager, mostly because she said she didn't know how to fix or refund us our money. NOT what we were asking for or offered, we were persuaded to give this location another chance to win back our business, and I'll say that's EXACTLY the opposite of what is happening. For something so easy and small to fix and keep up customer service/satisfaction, she certainly failed. We will NOT be going back to this location, and unless you like toppings such as plastic and unprofessionalism on your pizza I recommend you go somewhere else, or if do find yourself stuck here, stay clear of the night managers. They like to pass the responsibility of managing onto other managers, the real managers, and from my experience rather get out of the store on time, rather than spend a few minutes past closing time in order to fix a mistake one of their employees made. I might be wrong here, but I thought that was the job of a manager....maybe not, or maybe it's just the two girls that manage nights who don't feel like that's one of their duties. That's all I have to say, which is a lot more than most people, and I'm hoping that by this longer than normal review I have made it dear as what you can expect when eating at this location.
