The food came put super fast! The cashier and staff were cheerful and friendly. I got more food than I could eat and didn't even buy a combo. I'm coming back!
Order 2 special pho for togo the first time today. They are supposed to have ribeye, brisket, meatballs, and tripe. I don't see a single piece of tripe in both phos. The portion is too small for $15 dish.
Be very careful of this location. Thought I would take my family here looking at the reviews. But as I learned the hard way, make sure to never throw away your receipts and check your bank balances as they might charge you tips after you leave. They had charged us 15% tip after I left. And when I confronted them about it, they approached it in every wrong way possible and 100% blamed me for it. Talked with them on the phone for nearly 2 hours going around in circles explaining the situation. Left unsatisfied by the customer service and blatant ignorance of responsibility. It wasn't even about money at the end of the day, if they just apologized I would've been on my way. They will probably reply by denying that it was not their fault, but do not listen to them. Again, make sure to keep your receipts. They basically stole from me.
Very disappointed that the place is closed on july 5th, which is not even a july 4th holiday. I will come again tomorrow, but after that I may never have another chance to go back again. And please update the time on google if you closed on july 5th due to july 4th holiday.

I always ordered delivery and it never disappointed, and if delivered pho is good I figured eating dine in would be even better, and it was! This is now my favorite pho restaurant :) Staff is super friendly and I love supporting local business.
Very good food at reasonable price. Pho and beef sandwich. Large serving and took some leftovers home
The best Pho I've had in along time. Costumer service was excellent and the dining room was well kept (cleanliness matters)
