5 stars for the store employees handling my order, 1 star for the company.The stuffed crust is great, there's no denying that. But the order took forever (over an hour) and the online ordering process is horrible.I ordered online at 11:40am - normal lunch time, right? The website took my order, but didn't tell me until AFTER I placed it that it wouldn't arrive until 1pm. On a sleepy Monday, not a busy day.I called into the store and they told me that the store didn't open until 12pm, and that the system probably wouldn't even send them the order until 10 minutes after it opened. Plus apparently they don't even have their own delivery drivers, only through DoorDash.The employee hustled and got it to my by 12:50 (yeah!) but then they got a couple of small things wrong about the order. Kudos to her - it was still hot and fresh.But the online ordering process was confusing and clearly didn't take into account key details. Also, why is a restaurant not open until noon?!?
Tammy was awesome. She helped me with a slight specific order and did amazing. It was under 20 min from order to delivery and everything was made perfectly. Thanks Tammy we will def start coming to you for our firms pizza needs.
I thought I ordered papa johns. But I guess they decided to bring a heated up digiorno pizza to my house. I asked for 3 meat and they sent a pizza with barely got anything on it. It was just cheese with the tiniest bit of meat on it. If you want a good pizza go to the “the pie” they charge the same rate but the pie actually takes it seriously. Papa johns is to worried about rehabilitating that one guy with that one word in his vocabulary. The pizza isn’t good. Go anywhere else.
*update turns out my husband's food was not edible, he says it tasted really weird and was worried about getting sick so for that reason i took 2 stars away**The food is good but they didn't cut the pizza... like at all... didn't even try lol
Pizza tasted like it had plain tomato sauce on it...too tomatoey, didn't have that marinara flavor. We ordered wings to go with it...they were the smallest wings I think I've ever seen. Total disappointment, one we will never repeat.
I've ordered at this location for a long time since its across the street from me and the last handful of times its gotten worse and worse. My last time ordering here i had ordered a large pepperoni and a large cheese pizza. When i got my order delivered i instantly noticed it was a little undercooked but decided to just eat it and figured it would be fine. The pizza was smothered with sauce, cheese had fallen off while picking it up and the crust was completely doughy. The whole pizza was just horrible. I tried to call and complain but everytime i would call it would disconnect on me. I paid for pizza i had to try to re cook it and even then it was just bad. Hopefully they'll get more complaints to finally fix how they're making people's food.
Kept telling my address and the woman kept guessing my address. Literally told her myAddress for 5 minutes then she hung up on me. You could tell English wasn’t her first language. She kept asking me what country I lived in. After she hung up I called back and spoke with Eli the manager and explained the situation. Didn’t apologize about his employees actions and just said “ok what do you want to order?” Terrible customer service.
Horrendous customer service! We ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered tonight. One of the pizzas was ordered with no cheese, the individual is lactose intolerant and can’t eat cheese. The pizzas arrived and the one that was supposed to be made with no cheese had cheese on it. Not the first time this has happened, but still not that big of a deal. We called in to ask them to deliver a new pizza since it was only 8:30 and they don’t close until 11. The lady that answered the phone said that they couldn’t send out a new pizza because they weren’t busy and just wanted to close early. To compensate me they gave me a “free pizza” on my online account, but it’s not even the same value of the one that was ordered…. I’ve given this location multiple chances because I like the pizza, but at this point it’s not worth the headache. You’re better off stopping at 7 Eleven and getting some cold, week old pizza. At least they will treat you with some decency.
We got a delivery from this location, pizza was good but we never got our drinks ,trying to call them but phone got disconnected after the press 2 for previous orders,very disappointed , I know they can do better.
Love me some Papa John's!! ?? I'm a pizza lover and Papa John never fails me..? My pizza was hot, DELICIOUS, and delivered to me on time. Will definitely order from here again. ???
