So the food was fine, but I'm giving 3 stars because the girl working the window our last visit, yesterday, was so rude. I do understand fast food is hard mentally and emotionally, but when your customers can feel and see you are being dismissive and rushing them out of your way, that isn't good service. If you have trouble not doing that maybe working the drive thru is not for you...
Don’t believe the reading because this is THE most efficient Panda in the valley. Food is always great and it’s better when it’s ran like a smooth sounding engine. Keep up the great work!
We waited over 20 minutes in the parking lot due to part of our order not being ready. Finally, we decided to go check on our order inside the restaurant and noticed they had plenty of food all along and customers that had barely walked in, were getting served quickly with the supposed item out of stock. 20 minutes waiting outside for our order to be ready and all along, they had the item? Terrible experience. They need someone to monitor more closely. Do better.
First time going to this location. It was pretty good. I ordered online, it took about ten minutes for the order to be ready, which wasn’t a problem. One red container had actually opened in the bag, covering everything in sauce, that wasn’t great. Other than that, it was a fine experience. I’ll probably stick to my normal one in Jordan Landing.
I like Panda, it is yummy food in general. The cost of a two plate meal is around $10 so it's affordable. The staff at this location are friendly and nice. My issue is when it gets close to closing. Having worked in fast food in the past I know how frustrating it is when people come in around closing time, but Panda quits making food at a certain point before closing. Several times I have gone and they didn't have the normal menu avaliable just what was left. So if they close at 10 get there by 9 or you might not get what you want.
Not a bad place to eat, the rice tasted fake sadly but the staff was quick and nice. All tables except 1 were dirty and that one we sat at, I had to clean the seats off. I understand this isn't a restaurant but I also understand there's things to be done to make this eatery a comfortable place to sit. This isn't any place special, it's just another panda and MAYBE you'll like what you get if the chef cooks it like it's supposed to taste.
Third time going to this new location and disappointed once again. I don't know why I think it would change. This location give maybe half the portion of every other Panda and the quality is just as bad. Crunchy rice, cold chow mein, and the half the orange chicken is just fried batter. Since they should be getting the same pre-made chicken as other panda I don't know how they screw that up... And they didn't even have Mushroom Chicken... Worth the drive to go to Jordan Landing even if they are twice as busy.
Got 2 kids' meals and a plate but was missing the orange chicken in one of the kids' meals. Also didn't get the turning red stickers that my kids were really excited about. The fried rice was undercooked and crunchy. All of the entrees weren't that great, and the trip was an overall disappointment.
Too expensive for Panda. To slow to be considered fast food. You can tell they are trying reduce cost by giving you an entree 97% rice with 2 pieces of food. I also stood at the counter inside without any other customers for about 15 minutes. Enough to make eye contact with all 10 employees I counted working behind the counter. Actual Chinese food is better faster and cheaper if you consider all you are paying for at panda is a bucket of rice.
Really disappointed in this place. We got our hopes up when they built this one right by us. You get the usual panda problems like: the beef and broccoli will yield 80% broccoli, 20% beef. And whichever is your favorite side you will get less of that one. But the chowmein was especially bad. Dry and tasteless. You would have thought it was top ramen noodles without the seasoning packet. I’ll give them a year and try again I guess.
