Huge shout out to Panda Express. My son lost his wallet last week. It had a lot of cash in it. We back tracked everywhere we could think of with no luck. We had called Panda Express West Jordan and they checked their safe with no luck. We had pretty much given up hope of finding it and were starting the process of replacing everything when our doorbell rang. It was one of the workers from Panda Express. They had been deep cleaning and found it in between the seats at a table. She drove 40+ minutes to our house to hand deliver it then probably another 40+ (at least- rush hour). Everything was intact, cash included. There are good people in this world!
I ordered online and Kaitlyn was super sweet and apologetic about me having to wait for some of my food to be done cooking. I did have to wait an extra 20 minutes, but she offered a medium drink for free because of the delay. The chow mein didn't have enough sauce though and the sweet fire chicken didn't have red bell peppers or pineapple. So that was strange. I was standing by the wall close to the cash register for about 10 minutes before one of the employees (I didn't catch a name, but it was the girl who was speaking half-understandable Spanish to customers) finally asked kind of rudely what I needed. Good thing I had already talked to Kaitlyn about my order, apparently the other employee didn't see(?? ?).
Ordered three plates with wife and daughter. Told it would be a few mins for the teriyaki chicken which was fine. Once the teriyaki chicken was done we were then told we would need to wait for kung pao chicken which was DEFINITELY NOT out when we first ordered. After waiting 20 minutes and $30 later we finally received our food at which point almost all of it was cold an inedible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Went at a busier tome of day. I was hoping the food would be at least rotated fro freshness but they were let's say less than. The noodles were very dry and the meat choices you get less meat and more fillers. I did wait for one if my entrees to be made it was not worth waiting for. It was the Angus beef item. The best thing they have were the staff. Those girls and guys really were working well. Smiles and pleasant conversation.
Be very careful when you order online through UberEats, today I ordered 3 plates but forgot to add hot sauce on a side, I called this place to add the hot sauce on my order but they never picked up the phone, I called them 5 times but no luck! They simply ignore you, And to make things even prettier, my order was missing items/2 out of 3 plates were missing items. Not cool :(
I am very disappointed in this location for what I paid they gave me a very sad portion. I do not recommend this location
Not too bad but they need to be faster. Also, friendliness could be a little better. I felt like being judged for no reason, especially from the cashier who keeps staring down at me.
I decided to write a review even though our incident took place back on November 15th 2021. It's about employees, not the food. My husband and I stopped in for lunch. I ordered and he looked for a table. The available table he sat at was dirty, I said let's just go. As he stood up he fell to the floor. By the look of the table, there must of been food on the floor too. He's a big man and I really couldn't help him up. NOT ONE employee came to offer help or ask how he was. He tried to get up but fell again. As another customer came in, he could see we were struggling and he helped my husband get up to a chair. Only then an employee came over, but Rudly told me I had to move him from the walkway. However the employee Did Not offer any help or even ask then if he was ok. Somehow I managed to get my husband to the car in pain. I had to take him to the ER because he was in so much pain. We found out he had twisted and sprained both ankles during his fall at Panda Express. He came home using a Walker and the hospital bills added up to thousands. I can only hope that the right person or corporate will see this review and see how rudly we were treated and reach out to us for his pain and suffering and hospital bills.
Really don’t like this location. Every time I go here they are usually out of something. Get more cooks, get more food, get better service. Food tastes rubbery. Food is usually cold by the time we get it home cause it takes forever to go down the line.
Great food and great service. I don’t understand what people complain about. They’re just a very popular restaurant.
