The employees there are always so nice. I was helped by Ashley I think, the gorgeous girl with the green hair, she was such a sweetheart. The other woman that was with her was sweet as well, although I didn’t catch her name. Please let them know their customer service is as wonderful as they are:)

Kicked me and my 3 hungry kids 0 1 and 3yrs old out because they said the kids had to have a mask while we ate. By the way. The store was empty and 5 employees chatting doing nothing. Thanks to the guy that tried to let is eat anyway. ?

Wish this place would step it up everytime I’m here I’m waiting for more then 20mins just to get my food and sad to see that the manager doesn’t care if the store makes any money at this point. Terrible experience. Food still cold when we got it and no item available cause nobody wants to cook anything.

Came in on January 17th around 6:45pm. They had no teriyaki sauce, not even on the teriyaki chicken! I ordered hone y walnut shrimp and there was no honey and not even one walnut!!! Disappointed

don't go here, undercooked and disgusting, and the staff and employees ignore you. worst panda express ever, if you can go to the jordan landing one, it's better and even though it's more busy atleast they serve you actual portions!

I like Panda. But this location is really bad. after paying I wait for my food 38 min. Bad attention from the server

TL;DL: The chicken they served was not cooked. (Still waiting to see if I get food poisoning.) It took them 32 minutes to take my order with no one ahead of us. Paid extra for he black pepper Angus beef. For 4 very small pieces. (Pics included)Last night we went to panda express. There was one person waiting for their order and us.My nephew sat there waiting for 19 minutes until they took his order and it took them 32 minutes before they took mine. They kept filling online orders while ignoring us as we were standing at the counter waiting to order.When they did finally take my order I asked if they were going to make anymore of the black Angus pepper beef..cause there was only a couple small pieces left. The guy said he would tell them too and it would take 7 minutes. I also ordered orange chicken.Less then 2 minutes later they said that my order was ready. Strange that wasn't anywhere near 7 minutes. As I opened it up and they gave me couple small pieces that were left without making more any more. Keep in mind I paid $1.25 extra for that. Which is just ridiculous. (Pics included.)I took a bite of the orange chicken and looked and it was pink inside. Which is a serious health code violation. I had eaten most of it at that point. But the 3 pieces I had left all were pink inside. I went up and showed the lady who took my name and offered me a free meal. I said I'm not worried about that. I'm worried about getting sick. As well as everyone else you've served this chicken to today. She said okay. And didn't do anything. Didn't even take the test of the chicken of the line out front. (Pics of my pink chicken also included.)I reported it to the health department cause that's just not acceptable.

When I got there at 9pm the only employee behind the counter never acknowledged my existence and just kept doing an online order. They then continued to do online orders for 15 minutes before acknowledging me.Serve the customer there first instead of the 8 online. I understand that there is an employee shortage but use your brain.

It is worth your time to drive to a different location. Even in pandemic times I can get whatever I want at other Pandas. This location serves half the menu and is very slow.

Delicious food! Sometimes you can tell it's not fresh and it's been sitting under a warmer for a while though.
