Expensive place for a family of 4, but usually worth the price. Not this time. Food was bad and unbelievably dry. All 4 orders had literally no sauce. The noodles in all 4 orders where clumped together. You could stick a fork in and lift up everything in the bowl. It was all congealed together. Big waste of money this time. The employees were nice, but the food was terrible.
I have ate at Noodles and Co before but it had been awhile. I ate there yesterday. Their food is not bad, yet it did not wow me. This is kind of the reason why I had not ate there recently.What i did like was the friendliness of the young dude that took the order. The staff was friendly and helpful.Note - when we entered the bldg there was a strong smell of stale water. The smell faded as we got closer to the food. The tables are pretty worn down, but the place still looks ok. Food is ok, friendliness - great. Hopefully this helps. Enjoy!
CHARGING MORE THAN LISTED PRICES!!! $16 dollars for a regular pasta and small drink! I stopped in and ordered my item with a drink. The total was much more than what it should have been. When I questioned the cashier, she told me "because of the prices of everything going up, they were charging more for chicken". I said, then it should be posted somewhere and it was not ok to just charge more without having the new price posted. The cashier said, sorry but offered no other resolution. I asked for a manager - and I was told they were in the bathroom. Seriously? I again told the cashier that they can't just randomly charge more for food with out notice. Again, the cashier said sorry. Last visit from me.
Had the buffalo mac. Macaroni noodles were way undercooked. Basically just past the point of being crunchy and they pulled themDaughter hated the butter noodles. I tried one, also undercooked and had zero flavor on them. Probably could have put five times the sauce on themWife got a Caesar salad. Except it wasn't a true one. Caesar never has kale and arugula in it. The sauce was insanely salty, and the chicken as plain as can be.Not a good experience. First time here, not sure if it was all made as intended and just isn't good, or if it wasn't cooked/prepared properlyAlso, the soda machine is the one that has all in 1. Those are great if maintained properly. I got vanilla in a coke and it tasted like every flavoring out of the machine. I had a grape, vanilla strawberry, etc coke.
Their prices went up and their quality went down. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and it was horrible and the broccoli was not fresh at all. You just lost a customer for life. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
I love Noodles and Company. I’m very rarely disappointed in my experience there; however, our stop in this location was not my favorite. While taking our order, it was clear that the employee messed up the order, which was totally fine. He seemed stressed, so I was totally giving him the benefit of the doubt, but then someone else came to help and still got our order wrong. They also got the order wrong for the other people in our group. It was still good, but just slightly tainted by the sub par service. But I think some better training will do the trick!
Came over with my son Friday night and I ordered a regular Size meal and a tomatoe soup as a side.They took a long time to give us our food but the thing is that they gave me a chicken noodle soup instead. When I told them about the mistake, they gave me a cold tomatoe soup.Then again I went back to the young girl in the counter and asked to get a hot soup and then, she asked to see my receipt. I didn't get one so she told me it will take a while to give me the soup. I complaint and ended up with another chicken noodle soup.By the time I got the soup we were almost done with our meals. Ugh.Second time I experienced something similar here. I dont care about the mistake but communicate or let me know why am I not getting what I ordered.
I ordered delivery for my family. I was missing the kids apple sauce and milk to go with their meals and a 6piece pot stickers. I called the store and the girl on the phone said oh well. And yells to someone what to do. She then replied I will give a refund for the Missing food. So I ask what would be the refund. She says I dont know. You will get a refund. I said I would like to know because I want to make sure it’s there. She then yells to her manager Noah here talk this girl she a BITCH! What the heck! Manager comes on and I say this girl just called me a bitch!! And he replies don’t curse at me. What. I am repeating what she just called me. This is the WORST I mean WORST experience I have ever had. I got cursed at on the phone for paying just about $60 for food and not receiving half of it. Now I have to hope that they actually refund what I didn’t received but I was called offensive names. I will let everyone know not to go there because they will be cursed at and called offensive names when they don’t give you the food you pay for.
The japanese udon noodles were not great. The Wisconsin Mac n cheese was good. But not near as good as the recipe we make at home. It's been years since we've eaten here. Probably won't return. Service was really good at 2:30 in the afternoon.
Their Cho Mein that I had was amazing, my sister said that too with her orange chicken.I would love to come here again, would recommend.
