When you decide to go through a drive through line, you look to see how many cars are in the line to decide if you have time to wait. This location has everyone pull around to the side of the building, which gives the appearance that the visit will be quick. Then you wait 15 minutes for your order to be delivered to you by a worker who leaves the building to bring your food. When the curbside spaces are filled, and people begin to park in various other spots, the staff has no idea which car had which order. The system is ineffective and will prompt me to avoid this location. People want to wait at the window. This way we know staff has an incentive to get you through the line quickly. The two window system has served McDinalds well for decades. Don’t mess with a good thing.
We consistently have issues at this location from the people being rude to the order never being right when we use DoorDash so we quit using DoorDash. We went today and this is how our big Mac with Serv to us? Are we serious? You can never get a hold of anybody when you call the complaint line and the store manager will never call you back
You're friendly neighborhood McDonald's. Seems to get my order right the first time for the most part. Nice the Frappe and ice cream machine always working for when my daughter's have the cravings.
This particular location gets the prize for not insisting on quality customer service. I live close so we frequent this location. I can’t say how many times I’ve driven through and got home with my order to have it incomplete or incorrect. Yesterday my husband and I pulled through for a value meal and a cheeseburger. Every single time they ask us to pull around the corner to wait for our food. When we do it’s a full 10 minutes to have our order. They did that again yesterday and my husband refused so it must’ve been the manager who came to the window and asked him to pull around again, when my husband said “I’m saying no” the manager said “it wasn’t a question”. I am struck by the lack of interest in the customer at this location. Way to go West Jordan McDonalds team. Robots at this location would be an improvement. Please do some significant culture training. You need leadership here.
I wrote a review about 2 month ago. I was very unsatisfied with there service.But I went there tonight. They changed everything around. They actually took my order this time. The golden nuggets are amazing. in and around my mouth. That is where I put them.I'm happy to see that there are still people that care about what there doing.I can't speak for the day shift. But the night shift is on point. Thank you to the manager.
Food was super fresh and made specifically how we ordered it and the staff was really friendly!
Its pretty good most of the time I wasn't very happy because of there shake's were supposedly being cleaned at the busiest time rush hour that really stupid to clean it but will see net time I go for lunch I drive a big truck and I like to stop and get me a shake so when its down that sucks
Don't order on the mobile app!! Usually good but bad experience today!! I ordered on mobile app I live 10 minutes away I ordered on the app to have my food when I get there because I was in a rush. When I got there they were giving orders to cars that got there way after me and I waited about 15 minutes for my food not to mention when I got my food it was cold and not anything of which I ordered besides my drinks. After about 10 minutes I called and told the guy I have been waited a long time for my food he didn't seem to care he was kind of rude with me on the phone when I recieved my food it wasn't even my food but some nasty stuff I did not order except they gave me my drinks only right thing they gave me but with no straws with the drinks to make it worse.
Usually this location is pretty good (despite the negative reviews). The past two weeks, something seems to be up with their drinks. All of our drinks have been lacking in flavor (like the syrups are low) and flat (uncarbonated). They’re also only filling cups to about 3/4 of the way now and using very minimal ice (it’s mostly all melted when we receive our drinks). A few times in the past two weeks, they’ve messed up our drink orders as well (gave us water instead of Sprite, Fanta instead of Hi-C, and Diet Coke instead of Coke). You can’t beat the $1 large price, but lately we’ve been opting to get our drinks at the Maverick across the street instead. Hopefully they fix this issue soon because McDonald’s Coke is the best!
This is getting ridiculous on how often now my order has been either missing a hamburger or they completely ignored what I requested on the hamburger. I'm not understanding what is so difficult about checking what get put in the bag before it goes out to the customer
