I've never been a fan of McDonald's food but this is simply my opinion & everyone has there own & that's a good thing, right? Anyway this review is simply for my love, need & dare I say addiction to their wonderfully delicious Carmel frappes! I frequent the drive thru nearly daily for that sweet nectar of the gods. For that I give 3 stars and for how quickly the staff keeps those lines rolling along (more often then not) I'll tack on a fourth star. If they ever stop serving Caramel frappes it's 1star at best & I'll see you at ⭐️?'s!
Im not at all impressed with the kids that work at this mcdonalds location. I asked simply to SUB mac sauce on a sandwich and they gave me the oldest sandwich they had slapped a pound of onions on there and a tiny bit of mac sauce and gave it to me it was disgraceful. this is not the only location that has issues with customer service and I think mcdonadls should really look into the way their staff is treating customers.update- i took the nasty food back and was treated horribly they took the food and told me it was all exactly as I had ordered it and refused to refund me. so basically they stole my money and took the evidence ? ?
Over $38 order on UberEats and they didn’t even give us half of our order. That’s not an exaggeration. The food that we actually DID get was cold and one of the burgers had a strange, terrible flavor that we’ve never experienced before with a McDonalds. We threw it away and the majority of the cold fries, so we paid nearly $40 for ONLY a fish sandwich and one quarter pounder. I’m really livid.
This location always has their “system down” curious thing is that other nearby locations always work without problems during night time. This problem is so recurrent here that they should just close the place.
The double drive through often seems like one side goes MUCH quicker than other. If you are having system issues, send an employee to put a sign at the drive through, I waited over 20 minutes when they're were only 6 cats in line, because of system issues and I was trapped, couldn't go forward or backward. Aside from that, usually good. If u go late at night- ask for fresh fries- and taste them before you leave, we have often been given stale fries, even when we ask if they are fresh & offer to wait for fresh fries, when it is past 8pm.
Extremely rude woman at drive up window. Gave me someone else's order, when I told her it was wrong, she raised her voice at me and blamed me for her mistake. When I got home, I realized she gave me the wrong drink. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
Never like it when I was a kid and still dont..After eating when hot. It feels like ball of lard. Cold won't even go near it.
The food was cold and the drive through line didn't move for ten minutes. Silver lining, when I got to the window to pay, they said the person three cars ahead of me had paid for my meal! That was unexpected?
Not the greatest experience, ever. It's always a wait which is pretty standard post covid and understandable. The problem I have is the customer service. I can never tell meals apart. I have a very picky eater who won't eat if her meal is wrong. I don't want to encounter that so I always check it and it's never labeled which makes me have to dig through the bag. Plus they frequently miss things and if you ask questions they have an attitude. Plus, toys are so outdated I'm pretty sure we just got toys from two years ago. Lame!
Two stars for friendly drive thru food guy. The 2nd window. Older gentleman he was epic. What was not so epic. No syrup... Before that last time I was here I said no egg got plenty of eggs.The drive thru blocks the fuel station. GOD FORBID it is busy because you can't get out for 10-15 minutes. OPEN YOUR LOBBY stop making it near impossible to order food. WORST LOCATION. Feel bad for the staff dealing with this mayhem. Franchise owner must be laughing too due to its never been addressed or fixed. Luckily Wendy's is across street so when this place blocks traffic in I can get food there at least...Bottom endNo syrup. No butter. Pancakes where cold and hard... Sausage was warm thankfully. It felt like someones leftovers. Thanks.
