We got eight high five Sunday ice cream and she or he not give me receipt he’s an operator not working and my kids starting starting to eating you little boy told me what is this because they have mosquito in there and they don’t say sorry then I say sorry did we complain and very bad service I want to tell our public before you eating from McDonald make sure you look out everything cleanAnd the store manager she won’t says nothing very bad service
Asked for extra butter they gave me 1 butter and no syrup for 3 hotcakes???? Extra means obviously more than the regular. Extra means more than 1 in any circumstance. Learn English if you're going to work the window so you don't mess up people's orders I threw my whole meal away because I'm not eating a dry pancake with no butter or syrup. I never said only butter I said extra butter.
Was just here around 4:10 on march 15. You should make sure your people are double checking that they are handing out the right food to the right people. The food I received was less than half the value of what I paid for and unfortunately I didn't have time to come back and get it fixed.
I know places mess up orders, and that's fine. But when they argue with you about it, and then you have to count the number of items on a reciept and show them the items we have....that's an issue. What a headache, and what awful customer service. I wonder who manages this place.
You guys if the person taking the order can take it properly and you can read above a 3rd grade level you should be able to tell the difference between PICKLES and KETCHUP...
The staff here work so hard! Unfortunately due to understaffing the waits may be longer then expected. But that isn’t their fault, they are working harder then most to keep up with the flow of work that is endless, I am absolutely amazed at how hard they work to keep the food coming out. They are even super polite about it! Incredible people :)
Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and two breakfast burritos. They confirmed it when I paid. I even asked for extra picante sauce. Got a double cheeseburger and fries. Already drove away and was on the freeway before we realized the order was completely wrong.
Waited 30 min in the drive thru to order our food. The guy at the first window tells us it will be 12 minutes for our holiday pie to cook. That's OK. We go to the second window and we are handed our food, we ask if the pie is in there since it had not been 12 minutes yet, she says yes. We had a very small order, so it was obvious it wasn't there. This would have been a very quick fix - but this is when we found out the lobby was closed (this was 5pm). We went back to the drive thru speaker, thinking we would get to the window and they would tell us to park and wait for it. Nah, they wanted us to wait the 30 min again all the way to the second window. We got nothing else going on in our lives so we did. We get to the second window and the person who told us to drive up to the second window was incredibly confused as to why we wanted a free pie. She ended up leaving for several minutes and came back with it without saying a word, not even a sorry we forgot that, and closed the window. We weren't rude or anything, just explained we didn't get the pie we ordered. The rest of our order did not have pickles on the sandwiches. Looking at the other reviews here, I really have to wonder if the owner of this location even cares? We go to McDonald's frequently and have never had to black list one, but here we are. They are obviously understaffed and falling apart.
Very poor service. At least one of our items was wrong. Ordered a pie, was assured it was in the bag (it wasn't). Had to go back through the drive through to have the employee act like we were lying that we were missing an item. Wasted a ton of our time. Never going back here of we can avoid it.
I came during lunch through the drive through but the lady checking out was acting lazy when I reached out to get my credit card she dropped it in the donation box right by the window??♀️ and just stood there looking at me, I asked If she had a key or something to reach for it but they didn't. No one did. She looked like she did not even want to be there. I ended up leaving she was just standing there looking at me as if it would magically fly out. I don't know what she was on. But come on...
