Curbside delivery is about 3-4 times as long as going through the Drive-Thru. Such a waste of time and aggravation to watch the line of cars cycle through several times while you wait just cause you preordered. Food arrives cold so clearly they just let it sit there inside for a while. My latest visit took 18 minutes for the order to come out. Got home to find no chicken nuggets but 11 dipping sauces of the wrong kind. C’mon man!
if imma be honest, every time i go, the employees are rude, they're slow, and my fries always come out burnt, the nuggets are cooked all the way.
Almost 10 minute wait for my curbside order. Gave me diet Dr. Pepper when I ordered regular due to an aspertame allergy!!! Fries were completely cold. Only ate my burger and threw away the majority of what I paid for away.
Normally if the lights are on the business is open.. not at this location, you can sit in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes and as say hello..hello...nobody will answer you to even tell you that they're closed. They will let you wait and wait. Then when you pull up to the window because there is a line behind you and ask them if they're open..the lady that comes to the window is very rude...apparently your supposed to know that they're not open. I understand that places are under staff right now because of covid but this is ridiculous. If you're going to be closed.. turn off the lights ...turn off the menu but don't let people sit in the Drive-Thru for 10 plus minutes waiting. This location has gone to s***!!!
Crazy times, I pulled up to the drive thru today, and the woman on the speaker sort of mumbled a question asking me about the mobile app, I told her I couldn't hear her, and she repeated the same incorherant mumble, I apologized that I couldn't hear, but asked if I could place an order. She said it depends if I would answer her app question, so I decided to just leave, I was super polite, anyway, as I pulled ahead, a rather large male employee ran up to my car, I thought he was coming to apologize or try to take my order, but he put his hands on my door and started screaming as loud as he could at me, spittle was hitting my face as he screamed in rage. As I proceeded to roll up my window in an attempt to protect myself, another employee came out to wrangle him, I have no idea what is going on over there.
Last week my daughter and I ordered breakfast. The line was long but when I finally got to the window to pay, the kid taking my money had BLOODY FINGERS and NAILS. I can't stress enough how unsanitary I feel this McDonald's is now.I was gagging for hours after.*******PLEASE MAKE EMPLOYEES WASH HANDS AND WEAR GLOVES!**********
I sat at the pickup window for 20 minutes while they served 5-10 vehicles making my order. Complete disregard for my time. Very unhappy with my experience
I visit mc Donald's on a regular basis but am considering switching fast food restaurants.It seems like 50 % of the time they get my order wrong. Today when i went to paypay there were fans blowing so loud i couldn't hear what they were saying so i repeated mu order and they still got it wrong. Come on people .
It's Fast Food available when many other options have closed for the evening.
Just like any other McDonald's. Decent fast food and a busted ice cream machine
