The pizza here is good, my complaint is that I ordered it to be ready by 915 I arrived roughly about 920 and it still wasn't ready, in fact they hadn't even started it. The girl said it was in the oven, I could see straight into the oven and there wasn't anything in it, so she flat out lied to me. It is now 940 and still no pizza. Revision: talked to I assume a manager, showed him the confirmation email and now he just lied to me about the pizza being in the oven. Pizza great, customer service not so great
We have never ate here before and wanted to try a new pizza place that delivers. This place by far is now one of my favorites. Hot pizza delivers right when it said. The buffalo wings were delicious. My dogs even snuck a few pieces for themselves. Excellent excellent!
we ate for the first time. It's delicious, the only problem is that we had to wait almost 25 minutes for the pizza to be ready.
We had the worst experience! We ordered a half veggie garden half cheese pizza, when the pizza arrived over 3/4 of the pizza was covered in veggies, The veggies came past the centerpoint, that the slices weren’t even slices of cheese pizza that was available it was basically crust with a little bit of pizza that was available for cheese pizza. We called the restaurant and explained what we received, they apologized and said they would send out a cheese pizza to us. 20 minutes later the restaurant called and said that they cannot deliver the pizza as they are too busy. I told them then fine I would like a refund. The lady on the phone told me that a refund was not possible as it was a mistake so the only thing they could offer me was a credit on my account. It a complete waste since we will not be ordering from them again.
First time going here and def not the last.Pizza is hand tossed, fresh ingredients.The dough is fluffy and tasty probably one of the best pizza doughs I’ve had.We ordered large 2 topping with sausage and ham. Soooo Yummm!We ordered cheese bread which was extra cheese.The staff is really nice and attentive even though they are young they are definitely pleasant.We are now fans.
I came into this location to order my food the food was done then the wings where burnt i asked them to remake them and they did while i was waiting i watched them make my pizza and others with no gloves! I’m not a germaphobic or anything but the is just gross i watched him be on his phone then touch his face and his cloths and hair then continue to make my pizza! It is gross they need to fix that
This Marco’s location has really been going downhill for some time now. The last few orders I have made have all been messed up (things like forgetting toppings and such) but last nights order is the last we will make here.Ordered a pizza with their old world pepperoni, ham, pineapple, and olives. They put sausage, and no pepperoni on the pizza, as well as left off the pineapple and shredded parmesan as ordered. Both I and my wife nearly broke our teeth off biting into olive pits, one in my salad, and hers on her pizza.Also, every time I go to pick up my pizza, they’ve got it stashed behind the counter with only one person running the register. This would work great if all people were doing was picking up orders, but every time I go in I end up having to wait in line behind people ordering. This usually adds 10 minutes plus to the time I spend picking the pizza up.Have filled out their survey multiple times now, and apparently this location just doesn’t care. Will take my business elsewhere.
Ordered a delivery and the didn’t send us the 2 2 liters and sent us the wrong food. Called and had them fix the order and asked them for the 2 liters. Said they would fix the order and send the drinks as well. Received the fixed food but drinks still weren’t received. Called the store for the 4th time and was told they were out of 2 liter sodas. Why didn’t anyone say anything the last 3 times I had called?!
Ordered a Large pizza and a 2-Liter Pepsi. Pepsi was not delivered. Receipt was torn off box. ??♂️ Called the store was on hold for 16 minutes hung up and took an online survey about my experience. I’m 109% sure the delivery driver kept the Pepsi.
I ordered my food on 1/4/22 and only got one item that was correct. I called and talked to Jeremy and he was very apologetic and sympathetic. He asked if I wanted the missing items remade and sent out or a credit. I said to have it sent out. I waited 2 hrs and called back. Again talking to Jeremy who was apologetic and said he sent it with a driver and again asked if I wanted a credit or remade. I said that I would like it remade as I have been craving it. He said it would be out in 45 min. It never showed.
