If I could give this place zero stars I would. The food wasn't bad (after I cut my own pizza because they didn't actually slice through it), but the overall service was some of the worst I have ever had anywhere. I ordered my food online, then waited for the email saying it was ready to pick up. I didn't go until I received the email. After the 10-minute drive over, it took 5 minutes to actually get help, and when that happened, I was told my food wasn't ready (even though I had an email saying it was) and it would be 5 more minutes. Took another 15 minutes before I got my food. No apology for the food being very late, just a box shoved across the counter at me. Asked to speak to a manager, and the disheveled looking woman behind the counter told me she was a manager -- let's just say I can see why this store is such a disaster if she's a manager. Hard to have good customer service when those in charge don't know how to do customer service at all. Needless to say, I will not return to Little Caesars (and not just this one location -- this soured me on this company entirely). One final note about this location: As I waited for my food, a customer ordered an item that was on a sign on the door with a price listed. They charged him a higher price, and when he asked why, they told him their price had gone up. Advertising one price and charging a different, higher price isn't just unethical, it's illegal! The supposed manager didn't care and had excuses why they were illegally charging more than the advertised price even when told it was illegal and they should remove the sign if the price was wrong. BUYER BEWARE -- THE PRICE YOU SEE LISTED MAY NOT BE THE PRICE YOU ARE CHARGED HERE!
I can usually at least have some appreciation for a value priced pizza. Unfortunately, today’s offering was by far the worst I’ve ever had from Little Caesar’s, and that’s saying something. The very sparse sauce and cheese didn’t come within 2 inches of the edges of the pizza in any direction. The pizza was incredibly thin, would be a very thin thin crust. As if that wasn’t bad enough, it was very burned and dry. I had legitimately wondered if it’d been in a heater since yesterday. I bought this for my teenage boys and this is the first time I’ve ever seen them have pizza leftovers. We ate Less than 1/2 of it and chucked the rest. I’d say for the price and quality, I’ll go with Totino’s before I ever go here again. The value proposition with Little Caesars just doesn’t exist anymore, especially with viable candidates, like Big Daddy’s, just up the street.
I have this complaint with a lot of places lately, but it is simple. With the current staffing shortages, supply chain issues, and COVID problems, you need to ensure your quoted time for food is accurate. I don’t care if you tell me it takes an hour for the food. I can choose to wait or not. But when I am told the food will take 10 minutes and then it takes a half hour, you’re going to have very upset customers.
Went here tonight and grabbed 2 pizzas and two crazy breads. The pizza and bread were both hard like they were left over from lunch. Not the first time we got bad food here. Definitely going to be the last.
Our pizza was cold I wonder how long it was in the warmer before we received it. It was burnt and hard to chew. The bread sticks we ordered were very cold and hard enough to knock someone out with. We were asked the microphone if we minded waiting 10 minutes for the bread. We didn't mind, but when we got to the window bread and pizza was there. Everything was Grosse. Shame on you for such poor service and food.
I walked into little Caesar’s and was greeted by a kind employee in a wheel chair. He was listening to every word we said and was quick to grab the food. I have to mention he payed for our food as well. This guy needs a raise!
I came through the drive through and asked if there was a 3 meat that was hot and ready and the lady who took my order said no, she said it would take 10 minutes and I would have to park and wait. I declined because I do not like the parking lot at this location (My opinion I am entitled to that) I then ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas went to the window and when the person opened it I could hear the girl in there talking about me and mocking me because I don't like the parking lot.So I asked the person at the window for a manager, he told me that he was the manager. So I asked him if he just lets his employees talk that way about customers and he said well she's my manager.I asked him for her name and he refused to give it to me because its personal information, so I asked to speak with her and he came back after maybe 10 seconds and said she was busy. So I told him that I would wait at the window until she wasn't.After a few minutes she finally came to the window with attitude and asked what I needed. So I proceeded to tell her that what she did was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She had the nerve to say " Oh sorry i am new to being a manager"I told her new or not that she should not speak that way about customers and that maybe she should be demoted. This location always has people messing around and always has poor customer service. I have been going here for a long time and this was the last time. I will not go there again. If they want to keep customers and keep open then I suggest someone steps up and takes care of these situations.
I know that occasionally, they might not make the pizza or breadsticks as best as they can. Nevertheless, Little Caesars Pizza makes cheap, quality pizza 98% of the time. I understand that we all have bad days. Highly recommend.
Unprofessional and disrespectful so called managers at this location. The girl in particular who would not give her name decided to mock me to the other employees. when i was at the window paying i could hear her, so i asked for a manager. the cashier said he was a manager. so he lets the employees talk that way about customers? his excuse was that she was his manager. when she finally came to the window she claimed she was new at management. They need customer service training and to be demoted.
Just ordered tonight, 6/13/17. It appears they don’t clean their ovens. We noticed last time we ordered but thought it was just undercooked. Tastes like a dry pancake. Recently they also stopped doing the cornmeal too. Another strike. Guess we're done with lil sleazers. Too bad, such friendly folk there.Update January 2022: tried again and really no improvement. I’m fact it’s worse than expected. It would appear like they dropped a pizza and sold it to us. See pictures.
