Pizza was still raw and the topping are all bubbled to the side. When I went to return it the manager said this was normal and he would do nothing. He said because 1 slice was missing, the one I took a bite of and threw away because it was still raw, he would not refund or do anything about it. Does this look like a good pizza to you? I worked at this same store when I was in high school and we never would have sold a pizza like this. We would have remade it and said sorry. Gotta love 2022 customer service!

Why do you bother having a pizza portal and advertising quick pick up if you don’t use it? The cashier claimed the pizza wouldn’t fit in there, but that is literally impossible. Plus the pizza portal was completely empty and there was about 15 people in there waiting to get their pizza on a Friday evening. If the manager would like to get in contact with me I would love to discuss this issue with me I would be happy to. This service is pathetic.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and when I got it after 20 min the middle had no cheese. The kid who apparently was the manager said to me that upon cooking the cheese nothing he could do about it. I proceeded to tell him that it doesn’t look normal like any other pizza and he just claimed that it wasn’t his fault that it looks like that. I asked for my money back and just got a hot and ready that looks just fine. He said he put the money back on my card which he never did. Horrible horrible customer service. The store is one of the worst

Wanted a fresh pizza just a little bit after 9pm was told they cant do that instead got a dried out old pepperoni pizza. I felt so uninvited and under appreciated as a customer. most likely won't be back and i suggest you dont patronize this business too if you work hard for your money. Seems like owners and management are uninvolved with that kind of service.

Picked up 3 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas on Feb. 7. Didn't take the time to look at them. All 3 pizza were Burnt, Hard As A Rock and Cold. No one in my family wanted to eat them. Complete waste of money and disgusting. Won't go to that location again.

You would think with so few items on the menu, that when you go in and order a pepperoni, they would be smart enough to hand you a pepperoni pizza. But somehow they can't even get that right. These workers are an absolute joke.

I came in for a quick hot and ready pizza [half cheesy bread sticks/ half pepperoni]. That pizza is advertised as hot n ready, but that is only til about 8 [if I remember the time correctly]. But it was a few minutes after the stop time to have them hot and ready. So I ordered a pizza, it took about 20 minutes, because the guy was def not in a hurry. I should have checked it before leaving the location because I have never had a pizza with so little cheese! [The picture shows empty patches the middle of the pizza had no cheese at all.] I wanted to call and complain, but it seems like they know most people won't take the time to call & all for a refund for less than ten dollars. Big Daddy's is so much fresher, better, and faster- we get pizza there and it's usually ready in 15 minutes- super piping hot, and always correct [even though we have a complicated order].

This location used to be dependable but the last two times I've ordered on the app I've waited over an hour for my order, 30 minutes past the window quoted on my order. Tonight I brought my sons in with me, the employees had rap playing loudly and I finally took my little boys back out to the car after hearing 10 f-words in a couple minutes. The girl doing the register was running around, trying to do everything. Her co-worker seemed more focused on taking breaks. Sad.

Severely understaffed, or maybe just poorly managed. My online order was 30 minutes later than it said it would be. Why invest in a "pizza portal" you never use? I don't even know how long people were waiting who didn't order ahead. The whole time there was just one kid up front running around trying to figure out what orders were ready and who they were for, while being yelled at by angry customers. There should have at least been a manager there to talk to customers. When I finally got my pizza, it didn't have any sauce.

One pizza was clearly freshly made, another was likely someone else's that had been sitting around for a while, the box would have tasted better.
