How do you rate something that has become such an integral part of your life? Asking me to rate Little Caesars is like asking me to rate my children.Little Caesars has never been about the quality of the ingredients, the speed and accuracy of the service, or even the price. The value lies in the utter availability of the large pepperoni pizza.The value lies in the utter inevitability of the pepperoni pizza. So many parties over the last two decades of my life have had a common denominator, and that denominator is Little Caesars. So many times the question was not where you would get the pizza to feed a congregated mass of humanity, but the question lay in how many and from.which Little Caesars.Because of this, I will not tell you about the ingredient. I will not tell you about the service. I will only repeat the solemn fact spoken of in homes, at parks, and anywhere else where humanity might gather: Little Caesars will always be there.
This little Cesar's on Redwood and 9000 south is hands down the best little Cesar's I've ever had. The crust is thicker, sauce is more flavorful and they put just the right amount if cheese on it.
The last 5 times I went here, I always try to call ahead of time but they never answer the phone. When I go I have to wait 20 minutes for ONE thin slice pepperoni. Why have a Phone number if you're not gonna answer? Just take the phone number down already.
They have a policy to never answer their phone, and they charged me twice for one meal costing -$22.77, totaling -$45.54. Both charges went through. There is no evidence they will refund one of these unlawful charges; this is theft.They are understaffed, unprofessional, even criminal. Each time I’ve visited this location it has been a frustrating experience; It seems this business tries to do everything possible to make the experience challenging, and they deal underhandedly.
Drive through was awful I placed my order and almost every item they could not make because they didn't have time or there was no boxes. Why even be open if you can't make any orders? The one working the drive through was very rude. If you want little Ceasars there drive through is not worth it go elsewhere

The hardest way to pizza just got a lot harder. They seal the box so you can’t check your order and then when you get home and see they screwed up your order. They refuse to answer their phone.They don’t seem to care. The note on the window saying they are hiring great people is false.
I tried to order pizza online at this location at 9:20. Their hours state that they are open until 10:00pm After I placed the order it just renewed the screen. I wasn't sure if it went through or not so I called but nobody answered so I had to drive to the store to see if my order went through. The employees told me they had decided they wanted to close early because it wasn't busy enough. I get that if business is slow it's sometimes best to do that but at least answer your phone to let people know you are closed so they don't waste their time and gas driving down there. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
