I would rate it a zero star if I could. I do not expect much out of a Little Caesars, but this is the second really poor service has happened recently. The breadsticks were extremely burnt and hard as a rock. I do not know how the employee could have pulled this out of the oven, cut it up and put it in a bag without blatantly acknowledging it and doing it anyways. Don't waste your money or time with this place
So my daughter, who works at another Little Ceasars went to pick up pizza a couple of nights agoShe was over charged, refused a receipt and wasn't given her change back and the pizza order was WRONG!I have left 2 or 3 messages and have called over a dozen times and yet, no one respondsIf I don't get a response I will go to Corporate with this complaint!
I literally just ordered this for dinner tonight. I had it delivered, but some of the items I had ordered was either wrong or didn't receive it. First I ordered a stuffed crust which you can see in the pic below & got the opposite of stuffed, I had ordered bbq ranch and didn't receive it, ordered an Pepsi and got mountain dew. This is my favorite location I always go to cause I've never had a problem with them, so It's upsetting they messed up.
Tried calling 3 times today to order pizza on the way home from work. Just rang and rang.. third has happened the last several times over tried to call in the way home from work. Guess they don't want my business. Pizza hunt answered. :)
So I place the order. I get there at the time. Go in and we haven’t done it. Long story short waited another 45 mins. Come to find out the order was placed in another location, not their usual staging rack or ready to go little shelving bin where you just scan your order details or type them. So angry I asked to see a manager, who didn’t speak English and wouldn’t come talk to me. Left my phone number for owner to call me. It’s only been like three weeks, but no call. I would drive an extra five miles somewhere else. So unprofessional.
Always quick and the food is always great. A time I went there was an angry rude customer cussing at the employees for not completing a massive order in no time, and yet the employees kept their composer wonderfully. Hats off to their amazing customer service skills.
Order a stuffed crust with several toppings and extra cheese. Guess they forgot that the pizza needs sauce as well. Gave it to a dude sitting at the corner and went to taco bell.
Just wanted a couple pizzas for the family and expected to grab them and leave since they're "classics" and should be ready to go. Stood in the line for about half an hour while the girls in the back were talking, nobody was at the counter taking orders and didn't even acknowledge that there was a line. Then when it finally came to I ordered 2 classic pepperoni and I've been here at least 45 minutes and still waiting. I just want to go home.
Got there about 530 pm needed 5 pizzas and 2 hot wings and they were out of wings. It took almost 10 min in line to find this out so I didn't even get the pizzas, call ahead if you want wings! Make sure they have em. I went to another location!
The pizza I ordered has excess fat, adding that it has parts that have not yet been cooked. I have asked for the same in other branches of the same company and they are not at all like that.
