I’ve never been more impressed by a fast food restaurant in my life! Came here on Friday May 20th around 7 pm, and was blown away by the service! Extremely professional the whole time, from the drive thru speaker to the window. And the food was delicious! Most definitely will be back, especially with that awesome crew working! Also! Put some respect on fast food workers names! They work so hard every night, only to be criticized and shunned by Karen’s and Chad’s, for no reason at all!
I understand that it was late but:• They wouldn't honor the menu items for an 8 pc chicken w/ dark meat. So we were forced to have chicken breasts that went uneaten as noone in my family likes chicken breasts ?? ~ ?• They wouldn't honor the sides stating that we couldn't select a lg cole slaw, a large Mac and cheese instead of potatoes/gravy.• They made us purchase a 2nd Mac and cheese (for my daughter in law) instead of allowing us to purchase her an individual size ?This all happened at the Jordan Landing location in SLC, UT What a disappointment for a KFC restaurant...#smh
4-23-22 @9pm THANK YOU!!!! After a horrible experience at the 90th and redwood location we decided to drive here and get some food. Best service of the night goes to you. My food was hot, fresh and made to order. All people were extremely nice and professional and we quick to get our food out to us. Even though you were closing up for the night you took care of us like it was the middle of the day.
Fast service and my kids are in love with the mash potatoes and gravy. The drive through menu board is a bit cluttered and confusing but that also just be my lack of experience with KFC as a whole. As far as the food goes its a chicken joint and they got that down. Got everything for a fairly decent price also will be back not sure how soon but eventually one day.
This employee who’s name starts with a b and ends with Ryan was very unprofessional, he also left a fraudulent review attempting to boost the scores. Also he has trouble finishing in the paint

The employees are very rude. When I pull up it just sounds like they're already irritated that you're there. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst KFC location and I won't be going back. KFC should get rid of all the employees at this location start fresh with new employees.

Don't order Doordash from here. 25 dollar order and received a sealed bag with only fries for 25 dollars. Thankfully Doordarshan refunded me 12 whole dollars. So I got a 13 dollar small fry. Terrific..
If I could do no stars I would. The workers here are rude, they are ALWAYS messing up my order, and seem to always be out of chicken. They honestly need to let go of everyone and hire new people with better management. I understand there’s a worker shortage but you should still have good customer service especially to those who are kind and respectful when ordering.
