Pretty much the only place with their lobby stilled closed. Give me a break, we are all sick of these stupid Covid restrictions. What has it been? 3 years!! pure laziness. Third time I’ve come here over two years and moved on to their competitors. Each time I thought there is no way they are still closed. 3 strikes your out! I won’t be back.
Placed an order on the app Sunday at 3:15 for an hour later. I get to the store and doors are locked. I wait in the curbside parking and no one brings out my order. At 4:30 I find out my order was canceled on the app. I get in the line in the drive-through with 3 cars ahead and 1 behind. We wait 10 minutes without moving. Finally someone determines that the employees are not answering the intercom, won’t open the window when it was knocked. We could clearly see two vehicles parked by the back door. If you HAVE to close before posted hours, put up a sign. If you are simply uninterested in serving customers, close down for good and we will ALL go elsewhere.
Pulled up to the drive thru at 1pm & was told they weren’t open yet. I asked why does your sign say Open at 10:30am then? The guy then says because we hardly have anyone working Sundays.Well then can you update your open and closed times KFC. ?
Tried fried chicken of both types (original recipe and extra crispy) with dark pieces. Not juicy inside like it used to be 5 years back. Skinny pieces and fried to the extent the outer layer of meat became too hard.Ordered wings too but the amount of batter coated overwhelmed the tiny pieces of wings with very little meat inside.Ordered online via kfc app and online pickup said ready to pickup at 8:11pm but didn't get order until 8:30pm. Also, pickup instructions said pickup from shelf inside store while upon reaching came to know from store display have to pickup from drive thru in the drive thru line.Overall, not a great experience.
The store is closed, but you can order and pick up. It was easy to order and the employee who help me was so friendly and helpful. Food was good. Just what you expect. Will go back.
Try to order online. Order canceled. Try to call wait 30 minutes and give up. Call place direct and they pick up and hang up. Wow
I enjoy the classic chickened withered potatoes and gravy with coleslaw. I went through the drive-through and when I parked to eat my meal before an appointment, there was no utensils or napkins. Had to rip a portion of the box to use as a scoop (substitute for a spoon). Not happy about that. Drive-throughs are notorious for screwing up orders. My thought... with covid and lack of employees- whoever is the most consistent with drive-through business will be the most successful.
Picked up Cajun fried turkeys for Thanksgiving. They were hot and ready to serve. Delicious!! Will order again

Food is pretty average for a fast food joint, and wait time was nice and short, but they regularly make mistakes and end up leaving things out of your order.
