So disappointed by the service here. I came in and ordered a sandwich with bacon and cut in half. When I got home I realized it was not cut in half and did not have bacon. I was charged 2 dollars more for bacon so I called the store. They told me they could re-make it and I could come get a new one. I was already home and did not want to go back. So they said they would void out the bacon and I would get refunded for it. I still have not received my refund na I don’t think I’ll be back again. It shouldn’t be that hard to follow the instructions on the receipt!
Food is good but took them over an hour tonight to bring me one sub and 4 cookies... I live maybe 5 min away and when I called to make sure everything was OK I was sent to voice-mail. Dont go to this location if you want a good delivery time.
Wish I could give 10 stars, this place is amazing. Assistant manager Nick, was super sweet and everyone working on shift were excellent. 10/10 would go again!
Went in tonight with my daughter and the blonde girl at the front was very nice and energetic. She made it feel like she enjoyed her job and we were important.
They must be short staffed. I have been in twice in the last couple weeks, It's super close to my work so I go when I am running out of time and forgot a lunch, but the last two times have been super slow. Not freaky fast. I ordered online a half hour before I showed up and still waiting for my order ?Before that I hadn't been in for a couple months and had never had problems before.Seemed like they were putting all their delivery orders first.
The sandwich was great and the employees were nice. A lady came in (I believe she was the manager?) and when she did the whole crews mood seemed to pick up a bit. It's nice to see a place where the crew is upbeat and happy instead of depressed just trying to get through a shift!
Ordered online for pickup for "fast delivery". I placed the order for pickup left my house 10 minutes later and then arrived and had to wait an additional almost 20 Minutes with no one saying a word to me about my order. Needles to say I was late to my appointment thinking I'd have plenty of time because it would already be ready. This was at 11:15am too. Not lunch hour rush, no one was waiting in there for an order. I will never go back because of this sadly.
I like Jimmy Johns. I think their sandwiches are good but their slogan, "Freaky fast," shouldn't be used at this location. I've only ordered from this location three times but every single time I order at home, drive 10 minutes to get there (since they won't deliver to my house as it's just a bit out of range) and then have to wait inside the store for another 10 to 15 minutes. It shouldn't take 20-25 minutes to make a sandwich. Today I went and after 20 minutes from my order time I went to the register and asked for the order, they couldn't find the receipt due to someone making the sandwich but not putting it on the "to-go self" they have. Then what made it worse was the guy just tossed it on the counter in front of me. It's just annoying that this location is so slow and you have to ask someone at the register for the sandwich when you order online, they should get rid of the "to-go" stand if they aren't going to use it.
Everyone is understaffed currently. However, if you offer delivery service and are extremely behind schedule, let your customers know! Not fast service at all.
I have been a loyal customer to Jimmy John's and today I was extremely disappointed. This may be spurred from a previous experience 3 days ago (same location) that took almost an hr for delivery despite living within a 5 minute vicinity. Today when I walked into the West Jordan location (90th S Redwood Rd) at 630pm, despite it being empty (no customers) and having 1 worker and 4 others with a Jimmy johns costumes chilling in the corner. my order was not taken until 5 minute after I walked in. For taking pride in freaky fast delivery and good service, my experiencence has been dismal and disappointing lately. Sadly I have found that your competitor, Subway, has been surpassing your service with half the staff. Sad day
