Horrible food. Worse service. Eggs under cooked, hash browns burnt, bacon horribly greasy, English muffins warmed up on a grill, burger burnt, cheese on the burger not melted. Server came to us once to get the drink order, again for food order, and then dropped off the meal and a drink. We started to tell her about our experience and she walked away. When she came to give us the check she asked how it was, we told her about how awful it was but that we were still willing to pay but we wouldn’t come back and she started walking away. The person at the table behind us stopped us as we were walking out and said he had the same issues. Our server got somebody else and told us to leave- the server told them we called her names which we did not. Not once did we say she was the issue- it was the food. Overall a horrible experience and I’d rather eat McDonald’s than eat here.
Can I just start of by saying that the experience I had today was unbelievably refreshing and amazing. The staff were super friendly, professional and compassionate. I made a rather large group order in a professional capacity and the individuals eating the food absolutely loved it. They even surprised some with an extra little treat. I highly recommend going here for service that treats you like family.
My food was perfect, but my womens was over cooked she asked for med rare but got medium to well done. The service could have been better, only saw server 2 times the whole time during the meal. Never asked how everything was... nothing. And we had a 10 top table with 3 kids. Maybe she came by but didn't say anything but, it was good food just wish i would have been able to interact wit server more on how the food was, and not only when we received the meal and when we got our check. All in all nice place very home feeling atmosphere.
Great American food as always. My issue the Male host was not friendly in our request for larger corner table with 4 people and arriving at 1030am on a Wednesday.The female server was excellent and moved us to a corner table!!!Sad to see how much inflation has impacted their pricing...

We come here for a big family breakfast every year on New Years. They are always able to accommodate us and our numbers since we’re a pretty big family.My kids always love going to Jim’s. We all usually get the same things. I get the Jim’s breakfast with eggs over easy and sour dough. My kids get smiley pancakes.They portion sizes are huge and usually we’re taking home food.
This place is absolutely amazing. The food is always so delicious and the staff is always so nice that they even remember who you are and know you by name. Now tell me what place does that? It's always so clean and the service is so fast.
Our first time at this location. Great service. Food was perfect!! Our waitress Lana was outstanding. Definitely a new breakfast place for us.
My siblings and I went for brunch on a Sunday. We had a 25-30 minute wait, but we love Jim's so it's worth it to us! Every time I have been the waitresses, servers and bussers have been top notch! The food is great for the price. My family goes here about every other month because they always accommodate our big group nicely. Definitely recommend!
Dine in experience was great. The Jim's breakfast was more food than I expected, but it was great to take some home and have it for lunch.General note: the prices on the menu seem high, but the amount/value of the food matches the price. For example, you may pay $12 for a meal at Denny's and $18 for a similar meal at Jim's. But at Denny's, you would get 2 eggs and medium pancakes/sausages, while at Jim's you would get 3 eggs, large pancakes and bigger sausages.
