Best subs in wWEST JORDAN Jersey Mike's I Recommend. Very clean and it's so fun to be there.
I ordered online on Saturday night and they got all my order wrong!! I tried to call the shop 6 different times and no one answered the phone. The sandwich had so much mayo it was slimy. I frequently go to this location but think I will go elsewhere.
Order online says it will be done at 6:22 and they didn't start making them ontil 7. Horrible customer service.
They charge to much for a sandwich!!!I felt like I was rushed through the line and wasn't happy with the staff!!!
At your West Jordan location....Always delicious and generous amount of items on quality fresh bread. you can't go wrong in this menu or staff. One employee remembered for his attentiveness to every customer and puts out a devine sandwich , to employee Mike. Need to advertise more because hard to see unless right on top of it. Mabey on the back side with a banner or balloons , just to say hey look at us over here. I will definitely be back and definitely tell my friends and co- workers.
Service at this Sub shop in always polite and fast, eat here at least once a week! Awesome Staff!
I use to order from here over 2 times a week then they took to long the food was always nasty or they would just not make it or keep forgetting items I don't recommend this location
I was picking up an online order that was about $53.00. I have a son who will only eat sandwiches with cheese on them and nothing else. Since this is not an option offered online, we've always placed the rest of our order and then requested the bread-with-cheese sandwich and paid for it at the counter. This evening a young man who said his name was Hayden, and that he was the manager, refused to sell me 6 inches of bread with a slice of cheese on it. I reassured him I would pay for it, but he said he had no way to ring it up and would therefore not sell it to me. I told him that we've done this many times before and the Jersey Mike's employees have always worked with us, usually charging around $5. He still refused. The two younger men who were working with Hayden made suggestions, like ringing it up as "gluten free" or some other item that would be comparable in price. Hayden refused. I was getting really annoyed and asked him to please figure something out because I knew they had the items I wanted, and I was willing to pay. He would not. He just asked if there was anything else he could do. I told him he could give me his manager's name and number. He told me the manager is Eli and I can call on Monday to talk to him.This is obviously unacceptable customer service. I spent upwards of $50 on sandwiches from your shop and your employee couldn't be bothered to sell me bread and cheese. What a piece of garbage.
The manager went above and beyond to take care of my order. He called me personally when there was an issue with my Grubhub order and blew me away with exceptional customer service. I liked the food before but they have made a customer for life.
I’ve had a few good sandwiches from here, but the place is kind of gross like there are random pieces of cut meat and cheese sitting around. I ordered on door dash once and the food was an hour late and they gave us the wrong food. Today there was a long dark hair in my husband’s Philly cheesesteak. I would recommend going to a different location.
