One of their employees Enrique was SO NICE AND HELPFUL. Like the best service I have ever received in the fast food industry. When I was ordering my burger he triple checked to make sure that everything was correct and that there were no mistakes, which I really appreciate because most fast food restaurants do not take the time to do and I often end up with the wrong order. 11/10 experience and I really think that this employee should be rewarded for how great of a job he is doing.
Great food. Great sercive! Get the animal style burgers and fries, you won't regret it! (unless your lactose intolerant, then maybe hold off on it)

I don't get what the big hurrah is about this place. The fries were not nearly as good as McDonald's, kinda bland and not very fresh even though it was noon and they were super busy. The burgers were okay but the sauce was gross. It tastes like a pickle drowned in fry sauce. They have no other sauces except ketchup and mustard. It's definitely not for me.
First time going to one of these places, and I came during rush hour. Ive worked fast food before but I have never seen a group of people work so hard in my entire life. I’m not even exaggerating, every single person in the kitchen was giving their all, running around to get everything done. Food was fast considering how busy they were, and the dining area was pretty clean. 10/10 experience, whatever those employees are making is NOT enough.

The food taste as fake as their employees smiles and their customers good reviews. The fries taste like cardboard cut outs from a McDonald’s sign, the hamburger buns taste like someone replaced the flour for sawdust. It seems like they run across the parking lot to target to buy Kraft cheese next time they should pick up bacon on the next cheese run.
Cost does not compromise taste here. Great for when you are craving a burger. Also I always get my fries well done and I am obsessed, perfect crunch.
I love In-N-Out. Like a LOT. My opinion is completely biased, and I don't actually like their fries. But I am all for a fresh delicious cheeseburger and In-N-Out delivers every time. Well, they don't actually deliver, but you know what I mean. This is our go-to fast food place for dinner when we're getting home super late after sports and dance.
