I come here with my best friend here to eat all the time. The food is good. Though the menu has changed quite a bit recently which made me sad. I enjoy most of the food. This most recent time I've come we had a issue that was delt with very nicely with the staff here. They gave a discount on our meal for the problem without us even asking for it. Very nice and attentive. Our servers name was, Christian, I'd say some pretty good service and a nice respectable guy
IHOP has changed their menu from when I'd been there last, approximately 8 years ago, and I'm not all that pleased with their new menu. However, I took my two nieces here this time as this is where they wanted to go to eat and they were very happy with their food choices. I too was happy with my food choice, as my waiter customized it to my preferences. So, all in all, it wasn't that bad. The girls wanted to go here, so I took them, but I myself will not go here as my choice of places to eat. But the food was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. I'm personally just not happy with their menu choices.
Definitely wont be returning here. The service and the cleanliness of this establishment has definitely gone down hill. They sat us at a wet table, the floor was covered in trash and food. Watched one staff member kick a piece of paper side instead of picking it up. The water glass was dirty. Our order came out in correct. Not sure when it became acceptable to run a eatery like this
The experience wasn't great. We were seated in a reasonable time but then waited a long time for our waitress. She was clearly stressed and forgot to write down the order for one in our party. We didn't receive our silverware until AFTER our food (even though we asked) and when a drink was spilled we were only provided with two napkins to clean up. When I asked for more the waitress brought over a wet blue towel and then left without a word. Several of us ordered pancakes/waffles and syrup was never brought over and we couldn't find the the waitress to ask. She didn't reappear until most of us had finished food. IHOP: if you can not hire enough help to serve your guests, then you should consider limiting the amount of guests you offer to serve. Your team is clearly understaffed and it seems stress is an issue.
Food was fine but my bf lost his card & called several times to check if he had left it there & they kept saying no. He finally called a 4th time 36 hrs later & they had it. Gave us the run around. Very unprofessional.
Kids and I stopped in for a quick reward dinner for them doing well this last week.Service was quick to clean a table for the 3 of us, they didn’t have an issue taking the kids orders first to get their food on the way before I ordered for myself.Food was fairly quick to be delivered and the server did a great job of providing excellent customer service. We’ll gladly be returning to this ihop in the future!
Not sure how they stay in business. Food is fine (if overpriced), but not particularly good. I ordered a BLT and literally received two strips of bacon, one piece of lettuce, and a few tomato slices between two tiny slices of dry toast. Not buttered, no mayo, no mustard. That was it. The mushrooms in my wife's omelette seemed like they had been simmered in water rather than sauteed in butter - and similarly unseasoned. VERY little cheese in the omelette, leaving it rather dry. Staff was pleasant, but can't really make up for sub-par food.
The waitress was being very disrespectful and had a really bad attitude with us
This location is super on point with the food. My son loves the cupcake pancakes and I've had a couple omelettes and french toast. Doesn't matter what time we order or door dash it's always made well. Thank you for being good at what you do and for caring!
Food was cold. Scramble eggs were clumps toast no butter. The butter did not melt on pancakes cause they were cold very disappointing
