Showed up at 8:50 at got the drive thru message saying they're closed. Business hours on the window say they're open until 9. Girl inside looked me right in the eye as I slowly drove by the window.
We typically love Hot Dog on a Stick, so much so that we went out of our way from SLC to West Jordan today to go here. We asked for a minute to look at the menu, we got a somewhat jumbled response, thought it odd, but brushed it off. We ordered and then got a very jumbled response, I don’t even know how to explain it or what to call it, followed by laughing. It was clearly on purpose. It was the most inappropriately, rude thing I’ve ever experienced at any place of business. They were making fun of us, for what, I don’t know. I don’t know if it was because we took longer to order, I’m at a loss. It was appalling. I will never go back to a place that treats their customers like this, ever. We immediately left without our food. This happened today June 26th 3:15, I hope a manager or owner sees this.
I wish I'd listened to the reviews of people who said this isn't like other locations. I went on a not busy day. The wait wasn't bad. The corn dog wasn't even that bad. It was the funnel cake fries that were gross. They were basically in a clump, like they'd been dropped in the fryer and no one bothered to actually shake them to separate them after. They hadn't been dried off after either, so the powdered sugar was kind of caked on and not appetizing at all. I'd recommend going to a different location if you're hankering for Hot Dog On a Stick.
I love their lite lemonade. Hands down, it's the best low calorie drink I have ever had. Really great corn dogs, as well.
Yum. You can never go wrong with the American cheese one. The fries are pretty good and I love the lemonade, not super sweet but doesn't scrunch your face either.
I have been coming here since you folks opened. Today was the worst meal that I have ever had there. Hot dog and frieslukewarm at best and they both had the same taste. Time to change the fryer oil.At least my lemonade was good as usual.

The breading on the corn dog was light and fluffy! The fries were also cooked well. The original lemonade was spectacular. Good luck trying to sell your own lemonade when you got this competition. I wish for more sauces and would be interested in their take on fry sauce. I will be back to try the other lemonade flavors and those cake sticks.
Delicious, crispy per my request, however smaller than the dogs in cali.
There pretty pricey for a hot dog but still a pretty cool place to visit and eat every so often. They do have way more then just hot dogs but still a prettier penny then what your expecting to spend
