Went there with my baby to sit outside and enjoy coffee in the morning. We grabbed a table and immediately the person next to us started smoking a cigarette, then another person began vaping. This was RIGHT by the entrance and according to Utah’s laws this is illegal because you shouldn’t smoke within 25 feet of a place/entrance so I was really put off by that. My lowered immune system made it so I ended up having to leave because I wasn’t comfortable sitting inside because of COVID. Really disappointed - also my cafe misto tasted like hot water…I heard really good things about this place but I won’t ever come back.
High Point Coffee is more than just a great place for coffee. It is a great place for meeting up and discussing anything and everything. They are kind an respectful to all people who use their business from homework to music to micro business meetings and Bible studies. Kudos to you High Point and thanks for staying open late. It makes all the difference for our group!!
Their biscotti is actual perfection. I love their customer service and local scene. Just a shame I don't like their beans.. they taste like Beans and Brews equivalent.
It’s easy to be nice to people when everything goes just right when it really counts is when things do not go perfectly. That is when customer service really matters and really shows. I got myself a treat after a long day. A toasted marshmallow Gingerbread 16 oz hot. Unfortunately when I got it it tasted really plain couldn’t taste the flavors and was it sweet maybe they forgot to put them in I’m not sure but it cost me almost 7 dollars and so I really really wanted my coffee I debated on not going back in and decided to go in and ask them if they would mind making me another one.Well I guess they certainly did mind and I won’t go into all the details but you know the snotty attitude when people are annoyed with you, well that was both the baristas behind the counter (guy and girl).I suggested putting an extra pump of flavor in this time. So they decided to make sure my drink was extra sweet and filled up half of my cup with flavor syrup. I guess they thought it would be amusing to make my drink a little sweeter for me.Really disappointing that they would behave this way. I pay the higher prices to come here because I really enjoy the people that work there always smiling happy and have something friendly to say. Might think twice.
This is one of my favorite places to study! They have plenty of dairy-free options, an enjoyable study/chill environment, and always friendly staff! I go here a couple times a week, and love it! I want to go to one of their music nights soon.
Awesome coffee with a nice cozy shop to enjoy it in. I love how they have all the workers favorite drinks written at the kiosk for drink ideas. Skip the long Starbucks line for a higher quality coffee at High Point.

LOVE high point! I always want to support local, and their coffee is my fave!! They always give me a chocolate covered espresso bean and have a pretty good rewards system (buy 10 get one free) so they get my money. Everyone is always super friendly and they're quick with the drive-thru even when it can get pretty busy.
Their frozen/blended drinks are amazing. Great place to grab some coffee on your way to the park with the kiddos.
This place is good and pretty quick for how busy it gets and the workers are pretty nice... The inside is super cozy and nice place to do work or just hang out well drinking your coffee. The only thing I have is that it can get kinda expensive (a large is almost $6 and then to add anything else goes up pretty quick) and then you almost feel forced to give a tip(not saying I'm not planning on it anyways)
