I was craving a burger, haven’t had five guys in a while and it sounded great tonight, stood in line, wasn’t that busy, the Hispanic cashier with braces was looking out the window and at the floor while I ordered, so I paid got my order number and then realized she got myOrder wrong so I asked the guy who bagging up the orders “she got my order wrong, it was #14 can you add jalapeños and grilled onions on the burger” he said sure, so I waited, I saw he was communicating with the cook so I got my order and came home to find out, there was nothing on my burger but Mayo and mushrooms. Just horrible even after communicating with the guy to fix it, he probably already had it ready and didn’t wanna have to worry about taking the tin foil off and adding what I wanted, I’m just disappointed about the whole experience.
This is easily my favorite five guys in the whole valley. The food is always delicious every single time. The patties are cooked perfectly and the buns have an ever so slight crisp around the edges which just gives it a nice texture. The wait is also never too long. The food is made both with high quality and very quickly. They also have little peanuts you can get while you wait for your food which is really nice. I highly recommend this location.
We go here all the time and it’s great but I’m super frustrated this time because the 2 burgers we got are missing half the items. I got grilled onions and mushrooms and they didn’t put those and and my husband got grilled onions and jalapeños and they missed those too… if you don’t have an item, tell us instead of hoping we won’t notice! This isn’t a cheap burger place and if I’m going to spend almost $25 on 2 burgers then I would expect to get my moneys worth….
I got a couple burgers, they were pretty good for the most part. I live the Cajun fries though so if you haven't tried those you definitely should. Good service, pretty good food. Would definitely give it a try if you haven't already. Nice place for some simple fast food.

Disappointed with the quality of the burger. I brought my brother who lives abroad to try it and the sandwiches were falling apart, with the first bite, everything fell out. The fries were all over the burger inside the bag. I had to rip the bag and cover the table to actually remove fries from there. $40 for this? I felt 5 year olds cooked the food.
My kids love the fries here and I have to agree they have the best fries. The hamburgers are also very good, but they are somewhat expensive. In-N-Out is a much better value for burgers. You can get two double doubles for the price of one double cheeseburger here. So, must the time we go to In-N-Out, but this is a good option as well. There is some outdoor seating at this location.
The prices for a meal are soooooo overpriced, just go to In N Out or even Wendy’s have better costs. Plus they don’t have rude people taking your order.
Food was great. We love five guys burgers and fresh cut fries. Only issue we had was they were so busy that none of the tables were clean. We asked for one to be cleaned the guy at the register asked someone to and the guy said he was to busy. He was helping with making food, but honestly they had enough people to cover him while he restocked lids, etc and clean tables for all the people who sat down at dirty tables to eat. I cleaned our table with sanitizer before we ate.
Food was good but the whoever he girl was who worked Monday Dec 27th around 5:25 was incredibly rude mocking me and my outfit in the kitchen with her coworkers. U could tell by her laughing while looki directly at me. Couldnt even eat inside because she made the environment incredibly toxic and uncomfortableI definitely wont be coming back and hope she gets fired for being so incredibly rude
