if i could do 0 i would the way this place treats employees is just terrible everyone looks so unhappy the girl bailey who works there has the worst attitude with everyone the boss dave is lazy and unprofessional this place is just a playground for teens to go to and mess around while getting paid for it they schedule employees hours that someone couldnt make a living on they like to hold grudges i wouldn’t go here for a drink or a job this place deserves to be shut down and replaced with swig hahaha save ur time people dont go here
Always have loved fizz, and everything on the menu but I feel like the customer service has gone down. They used to be so quick and friendly. I didn't want to sit in my car to order in drive thru (long line and I had already been in the car all day) so I decided to go Inside to order. When I went in, about 5 teens behind the counter, all whipping eachother with towels playing around, while one girl is working drive thru *by herself* it looked like.No wonder why the line is always so long. (Kind of lol) it doesn't take long to squirt a few pumps into a cup and fill it with soda lol)But when your the only one taking orders, payments and making the drinks I could see that taking time. But shouldn't be happening when 5 other employees are there. I wonder if there was an adult working at the time or if the store is really ran by 14 year olds.. I usually tip a couple bucks each time but after seeing that I don't know about leaving extra money when im already paying 4 dollars for a 16oz drink.
ordered 3 summer nights with mountain dew and got home tasted it didn’t taste right so i poured mine out and it was just straight mountain dew nothing in it. i’ve gone to other locations never had that problem. why would i pay almost 4 dollars for just straight mountain dew. (DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION) staff is lazy. i’ve always had a problem with this location. i will not be going to this location again. waste of money.
Great drinks but the customer service is terrible. To bad there’s not another FiiZ in the area.Employees don’t acknowledge customers when they are in the lobby area or make eye contact.I’m the one who has to ask if my drinks are ready.
I have been going to this location for over a year now love the products but customer service has gone down the drain! I just left the drive thru When I pulled up a girl with red/orange hair didn’t greet me told me my total handed me my straw and drink. Entire time no eye contact when I said thank you each time nothing back and when I told her to have a good day she rolled her eyes at me and shut the window. Service like that pushes customers away. It felt like I was an Inconvenience to her. Sorry but if you can’t have good customer service you should work in this type of job. Very disappointing experience.
Ordered the Audrey Hepburn with Mtn Dew instead of Sprite. It's supposed to have pear and lavender syrup with strawberry puree. I always order this drink at various Fiiz locations and I've never had a problem before. But this time I was given a cup of Mtn Dew with none of the syrup or puree in it that was paid for. I usually try and be forgiving of fast food service but how hard is it to mess up fountain soda and syrup?
For starters, they ran out of an item and still charged me for it. That’s pretty much theft.Also, This location has incredibly slow service. Takes FOREVER to get through the line. By far the slowest soda service around.
They had a long drive-through line, so I went inside and took only about 2 minutes for them to get me my drink.The staff was friendly. And the drink was amazing as always.Fiiz is my favorite soda shop.
Two of the five drinks had ingredients left out which we were charged for. Half the drink is ice. Cost is three times the cost of a two litter bottle of the most expensive pop. What do people see in this place?
Love the drinks but they have the worst/longest drive through I have ever experienced and it happened every time I come. I could go through chick fil a 3x by the time I go through here once.
