Never been to one of these locations. Was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was good and the customer service was great. The young man who engaged in conversation while our order was being prepared was very nice and the girl making our drink took the time to say hello. Way cheaper than Starbucks as well and for some reason tasted like real coffee. Will have to try again soon.
With there being so many coffee places to choose from it takes something extra to stand out.For this shop that little something extra are the employees. They are always wonderfully pleasant and efficient. If there is a long line don't worry because they do a great job of getting the orders in and the drinks out.I normally make coffee at home, but on the weekends I like to get a nice iced coffee or nitro brew from this location before heading out on errands. Since this location has opened it's be my go-to coffee shop for those weekend treats.
The drinks are good but as I was in a line that was seemingly the same length on both sides, me and the car in front of me were helped AFTER someone else who had gotten there after us. I know the staff member knew we were there first as she looked right us. Super frustrating when speedy/needy people get helped before others.
It literally doesn't matter which DB I go to. The workers are seriously all amazing and specially handpicked for their charming and friendly personality. Even if it's the first time you go there, they treat you like you guys have known each other for ever. It's like talking to a friend for the couple minutes you wait for your delicious coffee. Also, products are far better than Starbucks.
Good coffee! It was our first time here and we didn't know what kind of sugar free options they had. The menu didn't list any, so we were prepared to be let down, but the mobile order taker was able to list all the sugar free options, yay!! The coffee was very tasty, not over roasted and burnt tasting like some places. There was parking but we went the drive thru route. All the folks we interacted with were upbeat and friendly, definitely lots of good vibes. Subtracted a star for the incomplete menu.
The people are so nice here I've almost never had a messed up order and even then it was an amazing experience. My dad also comes here often and he loves the place too. The staff here are sweet and super nice and they offer pup cups amazing
I went to this Dutch Bros last night after having gone to a different one, and they were the absolute BEST!!! I had a very poor experience with the previous Dutch Bros, and I drove over to this location to get something different and they wrote me the sweetest note on my cup, didn't charge me, and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Best Dutch Bros out there! Thank you guys!!
This location is BY FAR the worst Dutch Bros in the SLC valley. Never have I EVER gotten my drink made correctly and I'm a regular at multiple locations, so I know how it should look and taste. I want to give them a chance when I'm over there and really wanting a coffee, but NEVER AGAIN. I'll drive clear the other direction just so I get my drink how it's supposed to be. A medium Nitro Cold Brew with Golden Eagle ingredients and a soft top is so easy. LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY MAKE YOUR DRINKS!
Consistently screw up my drinkEVERY. SINGLE. TIME.I have ordered Dutch all around the valley and this is the WORST location.Medium.Nitro Cold Brew (I have been asked "hot or cold") ??♂️With golden eagle ingredients.Golden eagle ingredients are Carmel swirl around the edge of the cup, filled half full ice, 1 can of Nitro cold brew, add creamer for color and then add vanilla flavoring. They forget Carmel.Next time they'll forget creamer. They'll forget vanilla.I absolutely refuse to tip, though they ask for one every time.I am always telling Draper and Sandy about how awful that location is. It is ridiculous.West Jordan Dutch Bros is a JOKE.
went out of my way to go on a snowy evening, and apparently they can’t handle the cold because they were closed two hours before it said they were supposed to be closed. they can stay inside if they want so i don’t understand what their problem is. maybe they should hire employees like the ones in oregon, specifically mason haack. they’re way better.
