Didn't even get to order. "We're waiting for a doordash so we can't take orders for about 10 minutes or so. You're welcome to wait if you like but you gotta leave the drive thru so the dasher isn't blocked." No other customers, empty drive thru. I don't get why we can't at least put the order in, even if we still have to wait for the dasher. This is at 4:25 am, Jun 7th. Literally screw this. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. All I wanted was tacos.
I love Del Taco food bur the people taking orders in drive through are something else, I ordered a chicken Quesadilla comboWith a large CokeAdd chili cheese fries, they said ok do you want chicken or beef I said chicken again with Coke and chili cheese fry then she asked me okay what to drink........ really I told her I wasn't a small shake strawberry, and she says okay what size.... I drive to the window(thought mauve headset problem) and she decided to add another shake and says well you didn't tell me what size so I added another shake..... SMH !
Super grateful to the people who work so late for us to get food after working later hours. The reason I give a three was because I spent 19$ and only got a couple of my items I bought. Tried coming back but line was too long to sit through again.
First I understand this restaurant is not 5star gourmet eating, but I did hold a foundation that I would get what I asked for to a point. However tonight ordering a del beef burrito with extra meat meant 1/2 of what normally is served.
I don't know why this location always feels the need to destroy your food when they wrap and\or wrap the paper inside of the food..... Does it really take that much effort to not do this?..... Every taco was broken and not just a couple pieces but like they made the tacos with chips instead. Burritos wrapped to the point of exploding the middle out. Tacos El carbon does NOT need the foil wrapped into the taco either...
We recently discovered the delicious fish tacos. They are about $3 each and really tasty. We have a new go-to for food.
I get off work at 5am and they are open. Server is always good and fast and fresh. The Tamales are dry.
Overall good, especially being vegan. Beyond Taco Meat Gucamole taco (no animal product) is the way to go. Good food, fries are a hit and miss though. Either tasty or not so tasty, no in-between.
