Corporate Dairy Queen advertised free cones on March 21, 2022. This location put a piece of paper on the door that said they weren’t participating.They could have put it on their huge street sign. Or just offered it!We went in, the toilet was broke. The floor was gross. It was nasty. Not recommended
I absolutely hate being told I/ we can't do that. You are selling me, the consumer, what I want, not what you are willing to make. Especially when you add one extra step to make me what I don't want.This is not the first time at this location. Needless to say, it is my last.*****Let me expound a little further. My favorite DQ treat is an "Arctic Rush Float". I have been getting them at DQ for a VERY LONG TIME.Now, DQ tells me that they can not make me an Arctic Rush Float...which is to say, They will not make me... (Directions:... Add ice cream to a cup, add flavor squirts inside cup, add slush...which now mixes with flavor squirts. The End!)They can not do this for me! Instead they have to do all the fore mentioned, PLUS, now they have to mix it all together to make it a "Freeze". I DON'T WANT A FREEZE! I WANT A FLOAT!Capisce?!?
Today was DQ free cone day. Went to this location and was told the owner does not honor what corporate DQ is advertising. How disappointing and un-American. I will take my business to Artic Circle. They offer courtesy cones free EVERY day of the year. Bye-bye DQ
Absolutely horrible service! Always gets my order wrong, and when I call they never answer the phone. They don’t even return phone calls after you leave messages. DO NOT go here if you want your order to be right. Go to a different Dairy Queen or none at all! This is the last time I’m going to their store.
Every so often I crave a DQ ice cream cake. This requires a visit to the DQ naturally. The lobby seems to have been closed the last couple visits, so the drive thru can be backed up, but it wasn't too bad of a wait, even if the car in front of me ordered enough food and drinks for a small army... ?When I pulled up, I was greeted by a very friendly team member who really made it feel that she was glad to see you and appreciated your business. This is always much appreciated! Thanks DQ for making the experience a great one and now I'm excited to have ice cream cake for the rest of the week. :)
food is good, service is incredibly slow. I went through the drive thru and was the first and only car there and it took 10 minutes and i only ordered a side. I came back and it took 20-25 minutes again just for sides. I’m really annoyed.
My Burger from door dash looked like it was dropped in a volcano. 10/10 would eat here again. Fries were pretty good.
I love the West Jordan Dairy Queen, best service, best food out of any DQ I have been too. The Blizzards and Combo meals are always great
Not impressed with this location. Sign on door said lobby was open til 8:30pm. Doors were locked at 8pm. Used app to order blizzards. Not enough toppings in the blizzards. Tried to let them know online but website was not working well.
Slow!! ridiculous.. the people that work their care more about their drama life then making food, i gave this place 3 chances before leaving a review, first time was the drive through 35 min waiting and had 2 cars infront of me.. seemed they didn’t order much, second time i went in, 3 girls and one was so loud talking about her personal life and other people have been waiting for their food way longer then me. the lady before me literally asked “since when does it take 25 min to make fries?“ and my mocha moolate took 20 min to make because they just wanted to talk and talk, we’ll today i went through the drive through, no cars and no one inside. ordered a mocha moolate and took 15 min to make and they gave me a large with no whip cream and it was half full, like really? you didn’t think twice about giving what i paid $5 for?? HIRE ADULTS NOT HIGHSCOOL KIDS. this place fails yet again.
