Great food, when they get your order right. EVERY time we get food at Culvers in West Jordan they mess something up. This location has a bunch of teenage employees who are more interested in socializing with each other than on people's orders. In the current economy, having to burn gas to go back and get food that we paid over $50 represents a huge inconvenience and financial strain. I realize that it's hard to keep staff in these times but if people want to keep employees they need to train them with competence and common sense.

Some days its a hit, most days are a miss. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, got home and had no top bun?! Read previous reviews, looks like this is 'business as usual' for Culver's. Try it out, but check your buns!

The milkshake I got was amazing. I've also had their burgers and fries and I really liked those too. Their food is can be greasy but that's what you can expect at a place like this. The establishment was clean and the employees were friendly.Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I know lots of people really like Culver's food, but im not a big fan. The burgers are fairly thin & dry. You can customize the toppings, though, which is nice. The onion rings I had yesterday were very crispy, but really, really salty. Not my favorite food, but it's okay in a pinch. I have had their shakes in the past and those are great.

Im not usually one to complain, but I ordered 4 sandwiches, get them home and they're missing toppings and the top bun. Literally just the bottom bun and patty. Not sure how you miss that.

Tiny portions for the price. Medium shake is size of a small and fam fries are definitely not “big enough for 4 people” like she said, barely enough for 2. The kids make tons of mistakes here but I’ve been willing to be patient as they do everywhere. Last time totally forgot fries. $30 for 1/2 the amount of food elsewhere.

The food was fine. The service was subpar at best. Out of our two groups we both had orders wrong. Not a single part of our order was correct, even after double checking with the cashier. We preceded to watch 3 drive through orders have issues as well in the short 40 minutes we were there. Mistakes happen and I understand that, but it seemed to be the norm after our experience.Like I mentioned earlier service was really disappointing. The cashier was aloof and gave no ounce of a friendly demeanor whatsoever. It appears to be a crew of younger people and so I imagine perhaps many of them a first time job, so I’ll give them a break. However, if I was the owner/manager of this establishment I’d be very concerned about what was happening. Hope they make some improvements. For now, this is our last visit.

I know restaurants are struggling right now. It's hard to find workers and even harder to retain them. We were okay to wait half an hour for our meal. However, when they brought burnt onion rings to our table, and I asked them for a replacement, they told me it would take another 20 minutes because of everyone ahead of us. I'm a little shocked they would even serve food like this. We decided to leave.

This Culver's is the best! They hosted a spirit night for our school and rocked it!!! Friendly staff, great service and delicious food! They were super busy but handled it with grace! They took on a huge, difficult task but maintained their friendly atmosphere! I will definitely return and bring my family many times!

This is, hands down, THE BEST Culver's we have been to. Very very clean, items stocked, and friendly staff. Root beer was out, so a part of my soul left me. I just wanted a patty melt and root beer. But, such is life. It was delicious otherwise. The fish was the least greasy we've had as well.
