I’ve always liked cookies but now I’m addicted!! CRUMBL cookies are like eating raw cookie dough, chocolate fudge, cheesecake or actually any of your favorite desserts in a cookie! I would HIGHLY recommend trying the pink velvet cookie.
I went in to Crumbl today and ordered a box of 6 cookies. I was able to personalize a message on the box and they made it look amazing. They also put a nice “I love you” sticker on the box for my sick aunt and it made her feel super special. This Crumbl is always spot on with their friendly staff!
The cookies were made fresh and quickly. The cookies are expensive, but they are delicious and I really like that they are always coming out with new flavors! My favorite is the funfetti!
I like that the flavors rotate weekly. I check every Monday for the flavors, most of the cookies are good. They don’t store well, so I suggest eating them within 48 hours or so. The ice cream is alright too.
I walked in last night and it was just me and the crew, they were all dancing and smiling. I loved it! Everyone was so friendly. I work as a Field Trainer for corporate and I hope that all the stores I help open and train have as much fun as these kids were having! They did a great job. The cookie was delicious as well!
Went here today for my kid to try these for the first time and she’s trying her second bite and finds this “yucky” thing, seems like a fruit or perhaps a chili stem, maybe a flower stem, not really sure what that was but it definitely was not a pleasant find. Seriously guys train your staff yo do better!

Found a piece of gum in my cookie. Went in to talk to the manager and they said it was a marshmallow from a reused pan but it was obviously a piece of red chewed gum. They were super hesitant to help or do anything to correct the situation. They talked down to me and I had to ask multiple times for a refund or something. Awful experience, they need a better way to handle food and new management. This was extremely unsanitary even if it was a marshmallow it should not be on a reused pan.
I love all of the unique cookies they bring out each week. Service has always been fast and friendly.
Really good cookies. One time I ordered curbside pickup through the app and I waited for 20 minutes after I tapped “I’m here.” I had to call into the store before they brought my cookies out. Other than that, the customer service has been good.
