This location is so amazing! The staff and members are so friendly and make the whole experience feel much more than just a place to get food, they always value there customers and make sure to provide excellent service and make you feel like your always a friend of theirs. The food tastes so amazing and never gets old! I used to eat here so often and the employees recognize me and make me feel like one of these closest friends! If you are ever are looking for amazing food and an amazing experience to brighten your day this is the place for you!
Avoid this location worst costumer service ever! I ordered a steak burrito I love the steak at costa Vida always order it, but this location gave me RAW steak. I talked to a team member about it, she was very rude. I'm pretty sure the manger or supervisor overhead the conversation and how upset I was he didn't even come check if everything was okay. long story short I got a new burrito with the worst costumer service ever! save yo time goto another location.
My first visit to this location and I really enjoyed it! Morgan, the owner, met me at the drive-thru, he made a suggestion because I always order the same thing. I enjoyed the raspberry chipole enchiladas w/beans and rice. I used a coupon from another location to get some free chips and queso. I think I've found my new Costa Vida location! The food was delicious!
I LOVE this place so much. My favorite item to order is the shredded beef tacos, their shredded beef is to die for in my opinion. The service is usually pretty fast and easy although sometimes it's a little hard to hear the people over the counter but that's uncommon for restaurants. I highly recommend this location

My children were so impressed by the generosity and kindness of the employees here. One child didn't realize he had to tell everyone who touched his salad that he didn't like cheese, so at the end, he was disappointed to see cheese on top. Fortunately the manager took responsibility and gave him a free salad and drink. My children had never witnessed that before and were so surprised and grateful. There was a greeter as you came in and someone that checked on you when you were seated. My children and I were very impressed and will return here next time we are in the neighborhood!
I got a chicken quesadilla that was not good considering the price I paid. However my son got a sweet pork burrito that was very good and worth what we paid for it. The staff was helpful and nice. So very expensive, depending on what you get.
Went in store to try and save money on delivery, the lady assumed what I wanted. I asked for a burrito, she immediately put pork in it. I wanted grilled chicken. The only reason I got chicken is because someone came out of the back and made her restart it otherwise she wasn't going to remove the pork. I asked for green sauce, she gave me salsa verde. It's a drastically different taste in my opinion, I ended up giving it to my mom so it didn't go to waste. I ended up just ordering from Doordash later on to get what I actually wanted. Save yourself the time, order delivery so they don't mess up what you want.
Super quick service, and nice employees. Food was warm even by the time I got home. Ordered the smothered burrito with chicken. Might try another meat next time but the green chile sauce is sooo good.
Compared to how far down café rio fell especially at the Jordan landing location, this place is far superior. Wish their flavors were a little deeper but that's just being picky lol.
