We got 5 ice creams that were all supposed to be the smallest size the like it, they over charged us on 2 of them (didn't notice till we got home so no refund), and one they put in the small cup and put that one in a medium cup so it was a freaking small that looked like a bigger size. You might as well get a half gallon from the grocery store, that way you'll get way more for way less.
Pulled the longest, grossest hair out of my ice cream. It broke while trying to pull it out so I had to take it out in parts. ? Happy Mother’s Day to me…Please wear hair nets!

I never I have never been so humiliated as these girls of the night treated me, the use of mask is not mandatory I have 3 vaccinations I was in a huge line no one said anything and she was super rude when my cez arrived she said she would not sell me a stretcher, the problem is that at the entrance of the store nothing says about it and the worst goi the absurd way in which she treated me as if I liked garbage or was asking for a favor! this is not public service they do not have the least preparation to treat customers
#ClownWorldThey have a sign on the door that says something like: regardless of vaccination status all customers are required to wear a mask. Walked in and asked to leave because I have no mask. Please do yourself a favor and go out of business. Reading the reviews you guys might benefit from closing down.
This location sucks. Just drove all the way there for a pick up order and it’s completely wrong and says right on the receipt what was ordered. Is it really hard to double check something? They gave me bland vanilla with no mix in and whipped cream piled on the top haha thanks cold stone!
Great service, patient when you have undecided kids then quick to fulfill order ...really wish they set up indoor seating but covud social distancing doesn't allow at this location yet
My wife and I go out for ice cream regularly. The last couple of times we decided to try Cold Stone. What a disappointment. I watched my wife get quite a bit more ice cream than I did. Also, the chocolate chips were so old, stale, and rancid that they tasted like cardboard and made me sick. I'm not going back
I was there about 30 minutes ago and there is this girl was very rude and she seemed irritated. I was just trying to get some ice cream for me and my family and she was giving really bad stink eye. Taliyla was her name I think. I read her name tag and that’s what I got. she has kinda frizzy hair its kinda ombré. I’m writing this review because I think people deserve better costumer service. And she was giving attitude to her co-workers.
