Went here for a late lunch/early dinner. Service was SO fast! We ordered & got our chips & salsa & guacamole. Started munching on that & our food came out right after. We didn’t even eat much of our chips & salsa! Drinks were fantastic. I loved the strawberry lemonade monthly margarita. Chicken quesadillas & pasta were really good. Steaks cooked to perfection. I’ll always be a fan of chilis, but this chilis was overall fantastic!

Definitely a great place to catch some lunch any time of the week, food always is always good and staff is always friendly and very quick with getting their food out to the table.
The experience I had here was way below normal. Upon arrival it's obvious the restaurant hasn't been thoroughly cleaned, just look underneath the benches, tables, everywhere... There is a hazardous light dangling by its own wiring. The service was poor, wait times for a less than half full restaurant was extensive.. 20 minutes for drinks, 50+ minutes for food to arrive... The waiters, and waitresses did not look happy, especially to serve their tables. We requested refills and other requests from a random waiter who was happy to serve us immediately. The manager never appeared to ask us how the meal went or anything... Very poor especially for a near 300$ meal, and having hair not only in the food but in the to go meals packaging.... All time low....I refuse to enter this location again! Highly disappointed overall...
Where do I start....first off we called earlier in the day they said they don't do reservations which is fine so we told them that we would have a group of 12 coming in and they said okay. When we got there, there was the whole lobby empty and they told us it would be about a 30 minute wait. We finally got called back to a dirty table (crumbs and hair) where they sat us. We had to ask for a towel to clean it ourselves. We got sat down and waited for 16 minutes for drinks and menus. We order our food for them to come and tell us they are out of all pastas, corn, and chocolate milk, so we had to find an alternative. We waited 57 minutes for food with a hungry 6 year old. When we got our food there was also hair in it. Not our hair either. The restaurant was very dirty everywhere, floors, tables, walls, seats, and more. The staff seem distracted with everything and only came by so often. We had one man in the back who was not even our server and he was very attentive to us and made sure we had what we needed. The restaurant was falling apart. There was lights hainging by wires and black going up the wall. The food was about a 2.5 and so not worth the 287 dollars we spent there.

This place sucks! I was working DoorDash and came to pick up an order here. Due to COVID they had specific instructions to not go in and pick up the order. A guy came up to me and told me he would bring out the order in a minute. 15 minutes later- nothing. So finally I called the store just for them to tell me it’s been done for six minutes & no one was planning to bring it out?!YOU DO NOT TELL A CUSTOMER TO WAIT FOR A ORDER AND THEN NEVER BRING IT! What a waist of time!I’m also leaving a one star because every time I come to this chilies location they ALWAYS take FOREVER to bring you your food. Save your time and go to a different location! Worst experience ever!!
Went to Chili's last night for my birthday dinner. Worst expressed ever.Waitress cam and took our order for drinks 25 min later we finally had our drinks well some of us did it took another 25 min for my son to get his as qw could see it sitting at.the bar.I order Chili and a small dinner salad waitress brings everyone's food and say oh your chili is not ready yet it will be 10 more.min. So I have to ask her to bring my salad, 35 min later I still do not have my chili so finally we find her and she said oh.they are just making it now. At this point i told her to just forget it. She then brings us our bill 45 min later and it us all wrong and she just split it how she felt it should be split and did not even ask. 2.5 hour wast of time and worst birthday dinner ever. That waitress was oblivious.
Several other parties, some double the size of mine that were also walk-ins were seated ahead of us. Hostess initially told us a table would be ready in 5 minutes ended up waiting a half an hour with no explanation or follow-up from the hee. When it finally came time to order the food my mom did not receive the right order and the server did not seem to care much. Won't be coming back
I’ve never had such a bad experience with a waitress than at this Chili’s. We were sat in the bar area and our waitress took a while to come over and take our order. Keep in mind there were empty tables in the bar area. When she did take our order she insisted on entering our two 3 for $10.99 individually so drinks, then appetizers, then entrees instead of just taking our individual orders all at once. After waiting about 45-1 hr she came over and told us our food was almost done and would be out soon. After waiting another 45 minutes she came over to check on us again and asked how we were doing. We asked if our food was almost ready and that is when she told us she had never put in our entrees. We were reasonably frustrated at this point and told her we just wanted our checks. At this point the waitress started saying it was the hostesses fault for over seating her section and that they were super busy. None of which explained why our food wasn’t put in. My sister then said she felt like we should just walk out because of how ridiculous the situation was which we would not do, it was just out of frustration. The waitress then proceeded to say we were so rude and she didn’t care if we were going to tip or not. She then ripped the machine you pay on out of my sisters hand while her card was still in the machine so we couldn’t fill out the survey. At this point we asked for her manager and she lied and said she was the manager. She then ran to the back to talk to the manager first. We asked the hostess if she was the manager and the hostess said no who then went and got us the manager. When the manger came he was apologetic for the situation and offered refunds which we said wasn’t necessary we just didn’t appreciate the situation and being treated so rudely after a situation which wasn’t our fault. Overall, just a terrible experience. The waitress was named Leigh so I would either avoid being seated in her section or just avoid this Chili’s location all together.
