I just got a rotten Guacamole Bacon Thickburger burger from this location. The meat had clearly turned. It had a moldy sour putrid taste, and strange texture. Thankfully I noticed before swallowing it. I had not intended to put them on blast here in here. I tried several times to call and let them know so they can identify and not serve the bad meat. However they have not answered the phone so I feel I should warn people somehow.
Terrible service to the point it could be illegal. I purchased a 90 dollar order for my family get together. We recieved no fries. And tried going back to get them the fries were crinkle cut but they of course messed up knowingly and only gave us regular fries and wrong sizes went around a second time requesting the crinkle cut fries and correct sizes. Still regular fries that were the wrong sizes they would not give us the requested items that I paid for.... thieves avoid this restaurant.
Dine-in at 7:00pm on a Thursday night. Ordered 2 sandwiches, an onion ring, large Fry and a 10 piece chicken finger. The chicken Fingers were cold. The chicken sandwich was cold. The burger was made incorrectly twice.I even asked the cashier “Are your chicken fingers, Made to order?”She responded “Yes”Carls Jr…. Where has your freshness gone? It is nowhere to be found . Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!Not the only location that has lost its quality (5400 S Bangater Hwy)
This place is mostly consistent although very hit and miss on the fries. The double western bacon cheese is my go to burger.
Horrible, horrible experience on January 8, 2022 at 5:13pm mountain time at Carl’s Jr. located at Jordan Landing in West Jordan, UT. The lady who took the order on drivethrough was so rude to me and said she couldn’t understand me. I was speaking clear English so not sure what her problem was. I had never ever heard before that I couldn’t be understood. My wife was listening and was disgusted by this lady’s attitude towards me. Horrible horrible person! The young man at the window who gave us our food was polite and kind, I asked him the name of the lady who took our order and he said her name was Carla; the receipt has employee: Gabriela E on it though. I was so looking forward to having a burger from Carl’s Jr., but I ended up just throwing it away, this lady ruined my appetite. Extremely disappointed!
We went through the drive thru, only to sit and wait for someone to come on so we could order. When someone finally come on we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. When we got to the window we waited for a good 3 min before anyone came so we could pay and get our food. the lady finally came to the window and then walked away without saying anything. then she tried to hand us something that went even ours. I had to repeat myself multiple times telling her that wasn't ours. she walked away then stood there what looked like looking for our order.... they weren't busy I. the slightest. there was 1 car a head of us when we got there and the 1 car behind us. every time I go to this location, they always mess something up. needless to say, we won't be going to this location again. I love Carls Jr. so the fact that its been nothing but problems is very upsetting.
The store was run by a bunch of teenagers who didn't know how to use the computer. They over charged me by $10. When I asked them about it, they did the numbers on their end, found they did over charge me but refused to give me a refund. I have been near this Carl's for years. This was it for me. I am no longer going there.The food is good Carl's food. Just know when you go there, you will have a high chance for issues.
Good Carl's Jr good, if they can get an order right.Also, don't expect to get any condiments. I always ask for 4 fry sauce. I use it on both my onion rings and my burger. They would only give me 2 even though I just spent $25. 04Prices have also increased. My $17 order is now almost $25.
4 stars, for now. This location is usually amazing.Today, I had a different experience.I ordered a Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, add jalapeños. What was I given? A Spicy Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger. The difference between the two? The Spicy Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger is made with Pepper Jack cheese instead of American cheese. I purposely do not order a Spicy Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, as I do not care for Pepper Jack cheese. This is the second time (first time was at a different location) in which the staff just assumed they could give me the Spicy Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger because it was easier for them when taking our order, when just ordering a regular one and adding jalapeños seems more complicated (how?). It isn't okay to just assume I'll be okay with something I did not order, especially when I am expecting American cheese in my burger and I get Pepper Jack instead.I took two bites, attempting to stomach the taste, and now I won't touch it. I am disappointed.
Awesome deals with the coupons and the food was fresh and all the employees were all helpful with everything.
