My experience was anything but satisfying! Last night I ordered a brisket sandwich without the cheese. Expecting an adult size sandwich. It was weightless and tiny, but big enough to fill up a five-year-old child. It had 1 tablespoon of shredded meat between the small bread . In one bite there were two bites of gristle. I also ordered a large Mediterranean salad. I watched the server scoop off the top layer of salad greens. It looked good but not fulfilling. It was more like a medium salad. Also the server kept pulling the half hard boiled egg out of the salad to show everyone around her that it had two egg yolks!I felt like my food was being played with and it was upsetting to watch. Then to get home and open the bag to find little contents to eat. The one good thing is that my son was OK with his combo. However I chose to give the salad and sandwich to my 98-year-old father WW11 combat veteran. I gave him my sandwich and did not eat. I’ve always taken good care of my family especially my elders instead of eating I’m writing a bad review. today they gave me the money back for the salad and the sandwich which I am grateful for. But that doesn’t excuse the problem I encountered. It took time, energy and gas to travel back across town to bring this to their attention. I travel a lot and I know a lot of people that I could have sent to this restaurant. I wish I could’ve been a better value to this business. Thank you

I actually really enjoyed this place! I'm from out of town and wanted healthy, fresh food at a good price. This hit the spot! They had a ton of options, but I went with the two item combo and the portions were huge! I ordered at the counter then you find your own seat. After you eat you can just leave your plates at the table. Not to mention, the staff was really friendly and helpful! I will be frequenting this spot!

Really great salads. I love the chocolate covered strawberry included, but just a heads up if you order a dessert they don't give you one. Took a star off because the last salad I ordered (Thai Noodle Salad) was missing the chicken! I'm trying to eat healthier but I am not a rabbit...lol.

Came here tonight and seriously can’t believe how wonderful the customer service was . Kailynn helped us out and literally went above and beyond making ourselves. I had a question about salad dressings and she literally let me try a few different ones with my salad because I was unsure. The salads are fresh and a very good deal. I own a business and if I was hiring I would give that girl a job because of her great customer service! This place is right across the street from flower Child and honestly I think the salads are better and less expensive

Absolutely love the menu here. Healthy and fresh and tasty! When I got here the line was about 30 people long! There was 2 very hard working employees behind the counter moving as fast as they possibly could and doing an amazing job. However, 2 people can only move so fast through orders. I feel this business would do even better if it hired a few more employees.

Bosses decided to treat my family to lunch. Got the crab avocado melt sandwich, New England clam chowder, steak cheese sandwich, southwest potato & green chili soup, and a avocado chicken chop salad. Each order came with a yummy roll and chocolate covered strawberry(nice touch). Never ate here before but will definitely order again now that I know how good it was. Would recommend.

Love the food, but this location can not handle pickup/curbside pickup orders. They should really be discontinued, or this location needs a second kitchen with more staff or something. They sent out a promotion at the beginning of the month for $5 off online orders, and they had to shut down their online ordering because they were so overwhelmed. Then again on valentine's day they sent out a $5 off promotion and they were over an hour behind on online orders and told everyone in side to leave because they couldn't get to them for a few HOUR. Again... today I placed an order using a promotion, and got an email when I showed up that the order was not able to be sent to the store and I had to place another one and wait again. I don't blame the employees, but corporate needs to figure something out for them to manage their workload here.

I went with my three friends and waited in line for far too long, there were not many people in line and 6 workers. The amount of time we waited was not justified with how many people working- they were incredibly slow, didn’t seem to communicate with customer or each other- and the soup was too watery. We have all worked good service and understand how things can be, but this was an incredibly undesirable service.

Went there today. My friend and I were 3rd back in line to order. After waiting 10 minutes without the line moving, the first people placed their order. Second people in line were told by the staff member that it was going to be awhile because she had to make online orders first before waiting on anyone in line. They waited 15 minutes and finally walked out. We were next in line. Staff member told us the same thing she told the previous people. I then replied that it was very unprofessional to not wait on the customers in line. She replied that was how the manager instructed her. My friend then asked her how long would it be before she could wait on customers. Staff member replied that she didn't know how long it would be. We walked out. We informed other customers waiting in line, back to the door, what was happening or what really was not happening. Shame on the Manager for not instructing staff to wait on customers in their business. Absolutely no caring about Customer Service. Won't be back. If you can get waited on food is good. Unless you order online they are not interested in you as a customer. I would give them zero stars, but if I did the sight won't let you post. So 1 star. What a joke!

Long lines and slow meal prep. With that said a crew of 4 was working their tails off trying to keep the line moving. Soft drink and flavored drink machines were out of some syrups so selection was limited. Again, a crew of 4 can only do so much. Commend the crew and since they appear to be the only ones wanting to work a dinner shift, I would give them a raise.
