Cafe Rio has gone down hill in their food quality. One meal was a sweet pork salad where the tortilla was HARD as a rock. My enchiladas also had hard tortillas. There is no way they were fresh. Every time we go, their food isn’t good but we keep getting gift cards from people. I recommend going to Costa Vida where the food quality is superb.
This location is filthy. Had to request to get tables cleaned. Garbage overflowing and rubage on floor. The prep station for our food was disgusting and does not look like it had been wiped down all day food everywhere. The prep line people were rude and threw our salads together before asking what we wanted and then got offended when we asked for additional items. Grilled chicken was so tough and dry. We will not visit this location again.
Got a pork burrito salad. Had absolutely no meat in it. Also got chips and queso. They filled the Togo container about 1/4 full. Thanks guys. Glad I spent my money here. Not.
No way I’m paying for this price hike. Not for a continually diminishing product. Home cooking never looked so good. I walked out the moment I saw he prices.
No impressed. Been going to cafe Rio for years and years and this one is just pure disappointment.
Wish I could give them zero stars.Forgot my chips and literally just gave me the queso like who does that you get the queso and don't grab my chips what am I suppose to do chug the cheese.Im sick of this cafe rio they have horrible customer service and there staff is braindead.Contacting customer service and writing an email to your high ups im not standing for this and next time I'm coming in and ganna make a fuss out it.
They got our order wrong and acted like it was our fault and rolled their eyes at us. They did that to the two parties behind us as well. I do not recommend this location.
I been going to Cafe Rio for years instead of Costa Vida for one reason only, you guys didn’t water down ur salad dressing. Today I got a salad and ur house dressing was watered down. Very disappointed. Will have to re-think if I’ll be coming back or giving Costa Vida my business again.
Do not order take out fro this location! Literally faster to stand in line order to go and watch them make your order. Every time I order to go, I wait close to an hour past my estimated wait time... and then the order is wrong; checked it at location before leaving, it was label correctly and the appearance of the food seemed to be as we ordered it, but when we opened it up both items in the order had incorrect fillings... again this has happened to us multiple times! I'm not usually this guy but... save your self a-lot time, headache and some money... just go to Beto's!!!
This is our favorite Cafe Rio we go to in the valley. The sauces always taste good, they don’t skimp on stuff and 9/10 times it’s an easy, pleasant experience ordering and getting food. Mostly they just seem to get all the portions and flavors and stuff right compared to other Cafe Rios we’ve been to!
