I just want to say that Matthew and Randy provided me with top notch stellar service yesterday and I'm truly grateful. They handled my situation promptly and showed me the utmost respect, when I was an otherwise frantic mess who was all over the place. I planned to use my receipt to do the survey but it got messed up. So I wanted to highlight them for the grade A customer service I received when they could've easily dismissed me! Great job!
Ordered 4 piece mozzarella sticks. But instead go 8 piece. Didn’t get any marinara sauce. Onion rings were disgusting. Had to go in and get sauce.

After 27 minutes in the drive thru with ONE car in front of me I finally just left. (After waiting a full 6 minutes for them to even take my order)I think this place is super short staffed, and I try to be compassionate about it. But I will for sure avoid this place in the future.
The cashier working on Sunday January 9th at 4:30 in the afternoon was friendly personable and very accurate and getting my order which was rather a large order with a few substitutions done perfectly right and I appreciate that very much.If you have a manager we need this review you need to give praise your cashier as well as a raise while you're at it because he really worked very hard to make everything smooth.T-10L ilI-5 C 1328Thanks
The girl in the drive thru was very nice. Food was great and got my order correct. Probably the nicest looking Burger King I’ve seen in a while too!
OH NO! Is Burger King about to be a victim of inflation? They're charging gourmet burger prices for food that is at best, "meh". Over $20 for a burger, original chicken sandwich and 2 large frys with no drinks. Should've been a $10 or $12 meal. Why would I keep going there with sooooo many better choices out there? Burger King, you're pricing yourself right out of the fast food market.
Instead of making fresh custom Whoppers with no mayo, the people in the back just scraped off the old bun of a pre-made Burger and dished it up. My autistic son refuses to eat it.I called the restaurant but no one answered after repeated calls, I attempted to leave a voicemail but the machine is full. Three employees bagging the order and sweeping means they were not understaffed. There were no cars in front of me, so no excuse there. Not worth the $20 I spent on the family meal plus extras.
Whatever crew is working the late evening shift is horrible! All of our food was burned and tasted like fish. We have been to this burger King many times and usually we have had a good experience but this time it was horrible. It was the first time we have ever gone this time of day. When we pulled up, we didn't even get to finish our order because the girl cut us off and told us to drive forward. The food was horrible.
Went through the drive-thru, very unprofessional, talked like they had no customer service skills and like a little kid. When I got to the window, they didn't talk to me besides to give me the amount in a tone like they hated their job. Fries and nuggets were barely warm, didn't get any sauce for the nuggets. Then there's the price, $9.. for a whopper meal??!!! I haven't been to Burger King in years, don't plan to ever come back.
