My daughter and I went to the drive thru this afternoon and ordered a tall hot vanilla latte and small frozen lemonade. When we got to the window, we were given the wrong order...I undertand, mistakes happen. No big deal., I gave the barista my order again, as well as my credit card.When I went to sign the receipt, I saw that the total was over $16. And brought this to her attention.. Her response to me was "Your whole order has been a disaster"....for 2 drinks??? She told me she refunded the incorrect total on my credit card. I wanted a new receipt as a back up... Which I never got. And our drinks?? ..She gave us an iced vanilla latte instead of a hot one..but by this point, I just wanted to be done. I check my credit card statement tonight and no, she didn't refund me... I was charged $16.82 for a small frozen lemonade and a tall iced vanilla coffee. I will never go back to this place again..
Yum and good customer service. Celeste was very friendly and made me a delicious drink- definitely be coming back to this location!
I would give this location NEGATIVE stars if I could. We don't ask for much. Just pay attention when you are giving customers vegan and non vegan menu items. The mistakes at this location are countless. People who don't eat meat do not want to pay for items that come with meat, let alone take a bite out of a vegan burrito only to find that the lovey employees of this location didn't look past their nose before giving someone their order, and we got a disgusting real sausage burrito. We were nice when we called the location but the employee who answered the phone didn't care one bit. We do not care what others consume and how they choose to live their lives. We do ask that if you are handling food you make sure that people get what they order. What if this had been a food allergy and now we're both dead cause some employee was too busy telling her coworkers how much fun she had a Johnny's house last night and he is sooooooo cute, like oh my God. The fact is this is not funny. It's actually extremely disgusting.
We went to this location tonight at 6:30 pm and the menu lights were off. After waiting for a couple minutes we pulled up to the window only to see the girl run around the corner out of view. After waiting a few more minutes we left and made a uturn and the same girl was peeking around the corner as we drove by.Apparently they didn't want our business tonight, but fortunately the employees at Dutch Bros. up the street was happy to serve us.
i went there this morning and didn’t see the menu l and was rudely asked to go to the menu board so the people behind me wouldn’t be mad. i don’t understand the reason for the rude response when it was a mistake. i ended up going to the location in jordan landing
Do not ever add money onto their app! If you ever want to use a reward you can't pay the remainder of your order with the money in the app, "We can only scan the app once". So I gave them my card but since the remainder was under a dollar they said I had to pay cash. I didn't have any cash so the lady said it was ok and they had to dig out change from their tip jar!
Coffee is great. But c'mon. If you serve food in the drive thru. Make them pull out so those of us who just want coffee can get decent service. ALL OF THE BEANS AND BREWS LOCATIONS ARE LIKE THIS. What a joke...
Twice now, they have forgotten the coffee in my coffee. Nothing but sweetened hot milk. It is also extremely slow and although the responses in other reviews say “this is not the normal” it definitely is.
Coffee is good but this location is less than ideal IF you plan to spend some time on a laptop to get things done. Its inside the Macey's and it uses Macey's lunch-type area for its lobby tables... other than that it's swell. Giving 5 stars because it's purpose is appreciated while shopping.
