i keep trying to go back to this location hoping the experience will be better and it never is. the workers are always rude and short. i haven’t had one single time that i’ve gone and they weren’t rude. the drinks are fine.
Kaitlyn was extremely rude at the window. The drinks were terrible. I could hear the workers goofing around, swearing, fighting with each other. It seems like an awful place to work with people like that. I would think it would be worth it if the drinks were good but they weren’t. They are messy and bland, so I could tell they were rushed and just didn’t care. I will not be returning to this beans.
They charge you more than double for muffins. It's the ones you get at the gas station. Not the decadent ones like at other locations. They don't tell you in drive through either.

Logan manger is what she presented herself as and I’m not sure because she refuse to come and talk to me she was sending cashier as her messenger instead of coming to the front to address my concern. I always order the same drink here and the last 2 times my drink was made incorrectly, I called to let them know they said to come back with my drink so they can remake it. One incident I told them I don’t get off of work until after hours and she said specifically to keep my drink in order for them to remake it, I did exactly that and when I went in to remake it I asked for a refund so I can go and purchase my drink at a different location which lead up to asking to speak with manger (Logan) I have now kept this drink for 2 days because Logan insisted I do to show proof (I’m so confused at this point) I have been calling this location all morning and all I get is the voicemail. Horrible horrible service specially from this individual that needs to be looked into if she is a manager
I had a great experience here. I ordered a Mr. B's and a gift card. My drink was delicious and the worker I interacted with in the Drive Through was very friendly. Service was fast.
Love coffee from Beans and this location is on point! Great service & quick. Highly recommend.
Cannot get enough of this place!!! I'm not even a coffee drinker and I can't help but stop when I am near here. Kind and EXTREMELY quick people!
I had a bad experience at this Beans & Brews a month ago, but decided to give them another shot.Unfortunately, this was very disappointing again.I’d ordered our coffees first and then the five sandwiches. We had to re-affirm the number of sandwiches, he repeated the coffees. Nonetheless, he wasn’t a ball of fire at the window. He handed out the 5 breakfast sandwiches and one coffee then proceeded to wish us on our way.I asked for my other coffee (my total was 34.86)And his response…”was it on the order?”, I said yes. So basically, since I didn’t have proof (he never offered to give me a receipt) he said, “that will be $5.25. I added up the things I’d ordered, plus the Cappuccino he said I needed to pay for and it appears to me that I was charged for the cappuccino already. Bummer, I was going to go to Starbucks across the street from them, but went against my better judgement.I prefer not to rant on social media, but I’ve tried to call 3 times this morning and cannot get through.
