Best location ever!! We've tried several locations throughout the valley and have found this West Jordan one in Jordan landing is the best. Hands down they have the best customer service!! Tried their new breakfast taco today and it was SO good!! I hope they keep this on the menu!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! They wanted my id for the big purchase which was not even big ! They had no papers or anything informing us about it until we finished ordering. ABSOLUTELY ANNOYED!!!!
The shop is always good for a meet up with a friend, it's comfortable and the music at a level suitable for a chat. Coffee is good, with snack options too.
I had a relatively good experience here today. The staff was friendly and accommodating.Yet, that's not always the case at this location. At times, the staff here is not so friendly. But, I did see improvement.
I love beans and brews wholeheartedly and I come to this one a lot because it’s very convenient. I’m very picky and order the same thing every time, frozen latte with caramel. Both me and my fiancé ordered the same thing. Immediately felt horrible. We were both sick to our stomachs all day and just felt like complete trash, throwing up in and out of the bathroom. Felt like food poisoning but with coffee. It did taste a little funny. I’m not sure what they put in them but it was a horrible experience. The service is always great though!
Spend 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru this morning, there were only two cars ahead of me. I did make sure to let them know that they were so slow in the Drive-Thru and nobody had even gotten food. They we're too busy socializing with each other.

My favorite drink of all time is the copper freeze, but I wanted something hot today because it’s snowing. I asked them if they could make a hot version of the copper freeze or something similar. I’m not sure what’s in the drink lol, but these people are WIZARDS when it comes to coffee. It tastes amazing!
Great service. Their payment system went down, but Rylee went above and beyond in making sure we still received our order. We were asked to wait in front of the building. She came out remembering our exact order, 4 drinks and 3 food items, and then brought it to our car. We appreciate the staff at Beans and Brews.
Great experience. Really friendly staff who took the time to help us find a beverage that was good for us. Very clean and spacious and the coffee was pretty good too with reasonable prices. Plenty of seating as well as a drive through option.
