The ice cream was good. But honestly the only reason I go to baskin robbins is for the daiquiri ice flavor.
I just went to the store and the person working there did not acknowledge that we had gotten there she didn’t greeted us nor told us I’ll be right there with you nothing she completely ignored us… she was working on a banana split but still that was not a reason for us to get ignored!!!! It happened right now March 15th at 12:30 pm..::
Milkshakes are good. Customer service could be better.
The girls working where friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed to make our choices. The ‘love potion’ is delicious
Friendly staff and acceptable wait times, they won't hesitate to serve you some good ice cream! Hands down one of the best ice cream locations in West Jordan.
Went for dairy free options. They only had two. Daiquiri and chocolate fudge. My family of four all got one scoop in basic cones for ~$14They had a few chairs inside to enjoy a treat at. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just wish they had more options. Parking was close and ample on a sat afternoon.
Wow, can I say how impressed I was with this store!!! The young ladies that were here tonight really work excellent. They greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, they asked if we'd like to sample the monthly flavor, it was hidden treasure, so yumm
Came in 9-11-21 at 9:00pm and the ladies working did an excellent job. Greeting,offering samples,cleaning the touch points.
I ordered a baseball cake with the birthday boys faves, and went in to pick it up, only to find that somehow my order “got missed” and low and behold, my cake wasn’t made. Super awesome, thanks for ruining a birthday. Not really impressed, but thanks anyway. Definitely will think twice about ordering anything in the future. Really, such a bummer.
Good attentive service and great ice cream! We were in and out really fast and the ice cream was delicious.
