Shrinkflation hits Arby's.I've had turkey ranch bacon sandwiches here plenty of times. But check out the photo. Two thin, see-through slices of turkey? Three small rings of onions. Not even leaf lettuce. I had to spread the toppings out myself and they couldn't even bother cutting the sandwich.What is worse is that the supposedly 3 oz classic roast beef sandwiches that we bought were missing about half the meat they should have had. Check out the photo. 1.6 oz. instead of 3. Seriously????False advertising at best. Seems like Arby's is trying to lose customers.
Ordered online. Didn’t get my drinks, chicken was old and dry, and I didn’t get the sauce I ordered for the chicken. The beef and cheddar was drenched in the red sauce there was an entire puddle of it in the box and the bottom bun was soaked.I’ve already made a complaint with the delivery service but this is a constant issue with this particular Wendy’s
So our food is awesome. We the French dips. Our server was rude toward the end. He took one payment, gave us the food and nearly forgot the second payment. Then almost forgot the drink. He was just acting like what we wanted was an inconvenience. Very assish.
Wow Arby's out of roast beef good thing I didnt need ice water this winter. But I did not even get the sauce packets requested and the sandwiches I ordered 2 turkey&swiss one had two slices of Turkey laid out flat a very wimpy sandwich while the other had a pile of Turkey about 3 times as much how can you get one so perfect... and the other a far cry from and the market fresh club wrap. Only one strip of bacon. Such a disappoint! As this has been my favorite arby's location for about 20 years.
Order was wrong. Window sign said staffing problems- I know all business is feeling it. They eventually will have to pay a working wage for a living wage. Everything is changed except minimum wage that's been the same for about the last 20 years! I dare anyone to live on 725 an hour. Even 15 dollars an hour isn't available wage in the state of Utah. Utah has been known for low wages but we've always kept up with inflation and love people to continue to live a healthy decent life. Come on Utah let's get it together! We still have a really good thing going on!
My husband went through the drive-through tonight, was the only customer the whole time he was there, and the staff still completely screwed up the order. They gave him soda water instead of diet Coke, and when he told them, the guy asked "What did you order?" Not soda water. "Diet Coke." Then the guy asked what he wanted. "DIET COKE." My turkey wraps were supposed to NOT have cheese, tomato, or onion. They had all 3. My husband's roast beef sandwich had barely any beef. And he never got the fries he ordered. We don't know if he was charged for them, because he wasn't given a receipt. This isn't the first time we've had problems at this location either. Do not recommend ordering from them.
I've had a good and bad experience there lately. One order was spot on in every way. Literally the best night the messed the order up, chicken slider was old and dry, and fries were cold, old, and super greasy. I did call about the wrong order and they had good customer service and said I could come in to get what was missing because they remembered my order. Hopefully I will update with a better review after a couple more visits
Horrible experience. Get to the window to pay and there is confusion with the soda and who's bag is who's then this other girl comes over and starts talking to me with attitude asking me what I ordered and what I'm missing. The poor kid looks like a deer in the headlights once she came storming up to the window. Finally she angrily hands me my bag of food and says whatever your order was rang up wrong. No sauce in the bag even though I asked for it at the intercom. By this point I didn't want to hear anymore of this girls attitude. Asking her for the sauce I fear would have pushed her over the edge and I didn't want to see that. Other than that the food was good. Besides my mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers because I had no sauce.
I would not recommend this location. The service was poor and the food was a disappointment. Stale fries, watered down lemonade, and worst of all the boneless wings I ordered were more like miniature chicken nuggets covered in sauce. I will not be returning.
I ordered a classic beef n cheddar sandwich in a meal and every single item was disappointing. First I ordered a coke, they gave me a lemonade that was severely watered down. The bottom bun of my sandwich was flipped around which wasn’t too big of a deal if it was the only issue with my order. Now the fries…. such a sad excuse for a cup of curly fries bro. I got the crunchiest slightly burnt bits that are at the bottom of the bin, that was topped off with a couple decent curly fries AND crinkle fries on top… like COME ON, no one wants that. I ordered this amongst 2 other meals, the other 2 came out correct but I have never been so disappointed in a meal before. In fact I think this is the first google review I’ve made. Pls do better friends, and don’t give me crusty old fry scraps, thanks.
