Always been a fan of Apollo Burger and their food but recently the customer service has gone downhill. I try to avoid making any special requests in general but especially because it seems like every time I do, they get ignored. My wife and I love Apollo’s breakfast but my wife is sensitive to peppers and onions so whenever we go there, I request to keep them off. The last few times, this has still been ignored, unfortunately. It’s a simple request and complaint but the final straw recently was when we ordered two breakfast burritos and one kids meal through the drive-thru. When I got to the window and paid, I noticed on the receipt that I was charged for an extra burrito so before they handed me the food, I mentioned it to the employee but they refused to refund the amount and hold onto the burrito because “they heard me say three burritos and it’s already made.” I know it’s a pain to make food that won’t get used but having to pay for something I didn’t order and won’t eat because they misheard me is ridiculous. Still love the food but it’s not worth going if I can’t count on getting what I ordered. I’ve tried driving further to the 54th location but the issue still occurs their as well so I feel it’s a management problem, unfortunately…
I ordered an impossible burger. I paid for an impossible burger. I verified at the window it would be an impossible burger. I got my bag at the window and the guy winked at me when he handed it to me. I didn't think anything of it until I could smell that what I got wasn't vegetarian. I double checked thinking maybe it was just my nose, but no, the burger didnt have any of the classic impossible signs. Definitely beef. Why offer a vegetarian option if I can't even get it? Did your employees do this maliciously, like its a joke? Maybe it was just an accident, but either way, I won't be returning.
The cashier was extremely slow to run my card, meanwhile I waited her to finish taking the order from the car behind me. An eternity later I was able to pay and finally, after another eternity I received my food. Fast food? haha not really.
Great Breakfast burritos, well burgers are also good, but man, compared to del tacos burritos, the ones at Apollo's are huge and really great tasting. Keep it up!
Burger was dryyyyy and zucchini fries were empty. I mean empty. Seriously just like a fried roll of breading. I remember them being so much better!
My meal was fine and I have been going here for many years, but today when I was eating a baklava shake, I bit into a piece of broken plastic that was sharp. I’m incredibly disappointed and don’t know if I’ll ever return here.
I got an Apollo burger combo today at the Redwood road just north of 9000 so store and while they have always been one of my favorite places to get their usually fantastic pastrami burger and fries, it has not been it's normal. My last visit the french fries were almost cold and the wrong size. Then tonight's, my burger had one meager slice of pastrami and my fries were not the large fries that I had ordered. My pop was large, just not the fries. EVERY previous order has always been done exceptionally well and while this will not stop my eating at Apollo's, it is a bit of a let down these last two visits.
Pretty bad. I rarely leave reviews. Can’t believe I paid $30 for a couple of gross burgers, soft soggy fries… even the onion rings were gross.The price is not justified by the quality of food, I would rather eat Burger King.
I love their burgers and fries! They give you a good portion of fries. You don't go hungry eating a combo meal!
