When your hours say you're open—be open. If you don't want to be open, that's totally okay, just update your hours. This way people don't drive across town for dinner and show up to a closed building.
Wendy tables were dirty. Makes everything seem and taste nasty
I’m very disappointed with the service I got today. I went and ordered 2 meals and a frosty. I got both drinks, both orders of nuggets, the frosty, and one order of fries. The girl at the window asked me to pull up, so I did. I waited more than 10 minutes and watched several cars drive by, I was waiting for one order of medium fries.
Just went through the drive through and managed to drive away without realizing they only gave me 1 of 2 drinks I ordered. Realized as I pulled in my driveway. I turned around and went back for the drink and they were friendly and understanding. Then I just got home and found out the chili cheese fries I ordered have no chili. It's the first word of the dish. How do you miss that?? I'm just confused and not willing to go for a 3rd time in half an hour.
Such a great value - my daughter and I love the Four for $4. Only issue is service has become inconsistent
I love Wendy's salads. I had the grilled chicken with apples and pecans. Lots of chicken and apple chunks. There's been a couple of times the staff forgot to put in the salad dressing so check your bag before you pull away!
Says they close at 11. Placed an order and paid for it. Went to pick up at 10:30 and they were closed. There were 3 employees there with all the lights off just hanging out and eating and said that they closed since 8. Why would they be inside Wendy’s for almost 3 hours in the dark. Are they getting paid to sit in the dark and pretend they are working? I don’t know, but I don’t know if I’ll ever get that money back now. Definitely going to file a chargeback if I don’t.
Never got food. Ordered with mobile order. Website and app said dining room was open...it was not. So went through drive through to pick up the order. Mobile payment system wasn't working. Had to go to a different Wendy's.
Disappointed. Unfortunately my Dave’s double and large fries I just picked up were not fresh at all. The burger was the worst I have had at Wendy’s. It was barely warm and soggy. The veggies were not fresh and crisp like Wendy’s supposedly is supposed to provide. This was definitely sitting for a while. The fries weren’t terrible, but not freshly cooked. I am consistently disappointed with almost all food out of the house these days.
Rude and the professionalism is nonexistent. Can’t believe these jokers think they deserve $15 an hour. You’d be better off making your own food at home or better yet, take your hard earned money elsewhere.
