Soooooo slowwwww!! Look I know everyone is struggling to find good help. Waited over 30 min the drive through.. felt like a lifetime. From up north so Maybe this is the normal around here but when I pulled up the window 2 people in street closes we’re just standing in the kitchen talking to employees. Inside is closed so your force to sit in the line out here. Needs some better management to get this place running like a normal Wendy’s.
Great experience. Employies were great , kind , and nice. We're got there near closing and they didn't try to rush us out.We ever in that neighborhood again. We'd definitely eat there again.
The place was very dirty, but if you ask they will come out to clean your table. People were just sitting around in the back. I was ok with it though, because I got a frosty and it was pretty good. So you should go!
Three strikes, Wendy’s is outStrike 1: dining room closed, drive through line made me wait close to 15 minutes.Strike 2: my fries cup was only half way filled up. I asked for them to top it off, which they did—after they cooked another batch. Had to wait 3 more minutes.Strike 3: they use the coke freestyle machine for soda. The coke from these taste horrible. Wouldn’t drink it if it was free. I wish fast food places would abandon using these.Making a mental note not to return to this place.
Food is sometimes fresh. Service in drive-thru is terrible, you never will get your order correct, and if they do,no napkins, ketchup or straws will be in your bag. the Boy/girl Is more worried about its nails and hair, over it's job.There's, plenty of other fast food!
Went to the drive-through to order some breakfast this morning. After pulling up to the window, I couldn't help but notice the lady preparing the drinks was coughing in our order without benefit of any masks or other visible safety equipment. Needless to say, I objected to her lack of caring about our health and safety and drove away.As a reminder, this pandemic is NOT OVER! People need to stop being so stupid and to stop only caring about themselves.
Super friendly and not too slow. I would suggest that a presentation of what was purchased should be shown on the outside screen as a confirmation for ones order. This would help clarify any miss understanding or interpretation.
Came here tonight and there was only 3 cars in line, took 25 minutes just to get my order taken. 10 minutes of that sitting at the mic to order... when I got my food the fries were Inedible and super burnt and nasty, not to mention box was onlyhalf way full. Ordered chicken got BEEF instead. The long wait seemed to be because the kids were just chatting and laughing instead of making food or doing their job. I will never come here again.9
We went to Wendy’s this week. The lobby was empty but the drive through was crowded. The lobby was clean and the service was friendly. The food was lackluster. My hamburger was slightly warm as well as the fries. You could drink the frosty which I did. Could have been better.
Me and my wife got the number one combo. Both of are meals where cold. And the hamburger was medium rare. The fries where also cold. And to top it off we ordered two frosty's got them home and they where not much more than water. This place should be shut down. And I paid 22 bucks. ??
